Worst online shopping experience ever, ordered a red deadpool t Shirt n received a totally dull maroon coloured t shirt. There must be colour blinded people working there. Also they will give you gift cards also with *terms and conditions* no cash back policy. Totally pissed off.

Worst customer service by an online vendor by far. The product i bought was too small to even fit despite being size L(i generally wear M). Even ignoring the size issue, I'm having hell of a hard getting in contact with the customer service to enquire about return/exchange. My mails are not responded and calls ignored as all their customer care executives are always busy doing god knows what. Please do not go for this app or website.

This is the worst shopping website.. I have ordered a shirt which was very small in size.. They do not even have the pick up services in case if the product is not gud. I had to post the shirt back at my own expense to get it exchanged ...till date haven't received any reply from them. I just don't accept that they received the product back and are not ready to send a shirt with bigger size

VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. GOT THE WRONG SIZE. WHEN ASKED FOR RETURN NO SOLUTION OF PROBLEM. I SENT MULTIPLE MAILS. STILL NO SOLN. I WAITED FOR FEW DAYS AND MAILED THEM AGAIN. THEY SAID WE HAVE A 21 DAY POLICY NOW NOTHING CAN BE DONE.HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Worst site ever!!!!! Horrible customer grievance redressal. Ordered a crop top a month ago. First they send me a wrong sized top, then ask me to courier it back to them and since then there has been to response from their side (it's been 3 weeks). Do not buy anything from them!!!!

Never install this app. Worst experience ever. Even the customer care doesn't know what they are doing. Ordered a t shirt L size which was quite small. Then I returned using courier services and they said they will give a gift card and 100 rs extra for courier charges. Still waiting for it and they say we have sent... Check.. Then they say we are sending again. Check. All in vain.

I have ordered quite a few things from the app and I have received all things perfect and exactly shown on the app. I am very much satisfied with all the products received and hopefully will order many more things in future. It would be great if delivery comes early on future orders.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS APP... BEWARE..!! DO NOT...This is the worst app ever... Firstly, most of the products are totally different from the pictures shown in the app.... Secondly, they take high delivery charges... Thirdly, THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY... You can say Bye to your money... Fourtly, if you want to return any product, YOU have to courier the product to the given address... They have no responsibility for it... And last but not the least, if you want to contact the customer executives, they will say "all our executives are busy, but your call is important to us...." They always remain busy and you can never contact them... Never... And you'll forever regert buying from this site...

Worst customer care service. Worst return policy possible. Did not get the product that was showed online. Wont even give me my money. Please dont buy anything from here.

I ordered one t shirt from this app how longer it take to reach the place and not have much itmes. Its bad cyankart and nobody will buy your itmes. And there is no cancel button it us very shame to your app. T shirt is ok no problems

I just hate this cyankart.. worst online shopping place!! I had ordered a hoodie and got a completely different colour of it with a different pattern and it completely did not match the one displayed online. I dint get any update when the item was delivered at my address too.Customer service doesnt respond on time. worst experience I would not prefer to get back to cyankart ever again
