Epic Vail... no EPIC FAIL! Last season Whistler had a great app. Detailed forecasts for the next seven days, grooming, ski conditions, how much snow has fallen. Last week we had over 25cms but what did the app say? 5cm. The old app you could see what friends are up to how many days etc. They replaced it with this rubbish. It's like going back to the dark ages. Plus the old app stats were supposed to be updated and on the new one in Mid December. It's now almost 2018. Jeez you've had 19 months to get this sorted. Is it any wonder everybody is referring to this as EPIC FAIL!

Vale is a piece of s**t. The app reflects the company. They underpay their staff and rip off the locals. Time to unionize.

Why would you put out an app that is worse than the old one? Whistler Blackcomb is going downhill

Terrible app. Most of the functionality isn't available for Whistler. The full app release date is scheduled for mid-December, yet they scrapped the still functioning WB app. Mind boggling.

After experiencing the WB Live app for a few years, this is a major step back. 2002 called... They want their UI back. And I won't even go into the functionalities that fail most of the time. Disappointing.

Tried several times to login using my pass and nothing happened. If I can't log in it essentially becomes a useless app. Too bad I can't give it to zero Stars

Bring back whistler blackcomb live. Doesnt even have any weather or conditions... waste of an app

Terrible, especially when compared to the ild Whistler app. - most of the features need sign in to use (no thanks) - constantly asking for my location (no thanks) - no weather/snow fall forecast - no settings to switch to metric system

So it's now mid-December, and despite the promises weather, snow conditions and webcams still don't work. Which makes this what? A social media app? It just doesn't do what it should...

This app is brutal. No information on weather forecasting for any of the mountains in your inventory. It is Extremely disappointing this is what you are replacing the Whistler Blackcomb Live app with. By the way, we use the metric system up here in Canada.

Doesn't work for Whistler. This should be fully working and better than the old Whistler app before rolling it out. Functionality is missing and the temps are only in Fahrenheit not Celsius.

Have entered my pass number several times. Still not able to activate. POS

What happened? I used it last year in Canyons,Utah... it worked for most of the time. NOW ....nothing! Wont recognize where i am or which lifts/runs i am taking. Major FAIL! It is 2017 for crying out loud. Who did the UI? Some granny from 1992? Come on guys!

Unable to log in; purgatory of unable to reset password. Provides Farenheit in Canada. Maps do not show lodges. Disappointing.

Add in leaderboards! WB+ had it, change the design.. it is so cheap

Great app. Able to track every run I do, see weather conditions, and compete with friends. My kids think it's fun, too. Would recommend.

Vail has said official app launch is mid-december, they have a long way to go to get to the speed, ease and functionality of the just-canned WB app. Some functions don't work at all, some really slow. To sign up for an account you have to enter your bday to do that you have to scroll back through EVERY month of your life - amateur.

They bought Whistler Blackcomb and force us to use this app instead of wbplus and then do stupid things like not allow us to change the temperature to Celsius. Not to. Mention no forecast the most important part of any app. If you weren't ready to launch this you should have kept the Whistler app running instead of spam replying the same sorry response to everyones review.

Horribly outdated feel. This is meant to be replacing the whistler app and there are a load of features missing. Wb+ was so much better than this. I wish they had kept ot going. Can't concert units to metric. Can't see weather forecasts. That's just to name a few

Terrible app, user experience is brutal. WB + was miles ahead of this. It's outdated, continuously crashes, and is missing loads of features that Whistler's app had. If you're going to implement an app for all of your resorts, I would suggest investing some time and money into researching what's available and purchasing a legitimate product.

Horrible App for Whistler just did our first day I'm on android and cannot change from imperial to metric. Stupid thing is my daughter is on Apple she can change hers to metric. We skied the exact same runs same number of lifts and I have the exact same vertical except in feet not meters. So by Epicmix standards she skied 3 times the vertical yet same number of lift rides.

Terrible compared to the old whistler Blackcomb app. Big loss of functionally plus they don't have metric units for Canadians. Poorly executed switchover - what were they thinking? Should have left the old app until functionality was equivalent.

Poorly executed. Can't get weather forecast or snow results for Whistler. Measurements of snow and temperature only show in ridiculous American scales instead of metric. Overall pretty useless. Don't waste the memory space. Most everyone is installing snow forecast for weather and Trace for run tracking.

Just garbage. Slow and clunky. Feels like it was released in 1994. Only in imperial units and no option for metric. No snow report, alpine forecast or freezing levels. Not worth the download. Give us back WB+

Garbage. Whistler Blackomb had awesome app. This on is slow. We lost lots of functions. Like actually have idea what temperature is on mountain and how much snow is there. Not like this one ...inches and Fahrenheit. What that even means??? Keep that rubbish in US

JUNK. Give us back WB+ app. If the app doesn't even tell us what the snow base is what good is it? Not to mention all the other faults. I don't like the new owners changes at all.

I am sorry to have to tell you but your app is terrible compared with the old WB app. Just so you know you are not in Trump land anymore. It's not Make America Great up here. We are in metric. get with the rest of the world let alone Canada.You don't need Trump to make you great again, you already are but please just fix your app. Also there are no cams on there yet. Maybe it will be fixed soon but you should have had the incite to keep the WB app until you got the bugs out of yours. It seems it was designed for Vail and we are just a side issue..................thanks

Lots of features and data packed into a design with garish colours that looks like it's 10 years old. Sorely lacking in details for Whistler. Currently showing details in the imperial system and 0" base when it's actually over 130cm. Webcams aren't working for Whistler either at the moment. At least the grooming report is up. Honestly, it worked ok when we were in Colorado last year but that still doesn't excuse the poor UI.

Horrible app like it was designed in the early 2000s clunky and feels like it was put together by a dev that was just learning. Vail you just bought whistlerblackcomb not that it was perfect but it sure was better than epic mix. UI needs some modernization and your gamification process needs to be a bit simpler. Pins badges challenges achievements?

Cannot convert units to meters and Celsius. Since you purchased WB, you should have thought that Canadians like that. And it never loads the WB map, it crashes before. If you cannot make it work for Whistler, just let them use their old app which was great. Also, cannot see any weather forecast. Almost useless.
