The app is slow and often freezes for a short while. Clicking on maintenance notifications just takes you to the dashboard without letting you read the entire message. Thinking of buying something else.

App interface is clear and nice. But although I've set all heating to OFF until further instructions or a specific date (AWAY mode), every time I open the app I find it ON until a certain hour specified in my schedule.

It is a good app but it is a bit temperamental. Also the date is stuck on the 31/10 but it still works so this is just annoying.

Gets frustrating when MiGo server unavailable and never responded to request for assistance. Regret buying product

All I get is servers unavailable . Just had this installed and has never worked. Update: my heating engineer spoke to Glowworm who fixed everything. All working now.

Really convenient and easy to use software. One question though, is it possible to factory reset the thermostat and the software?

Great app, easy to control & program remotely. I have a holiday appartement, with this app I can start or stop the heating remotely. I would like 1 extra feature, a setting for a max temperature people can select. For my holiday appartement I want to restrict the max temperature you can choose.
