Welcome to our landing page for our Torch Light Morse Code Reader Widget Flashlight, AKA Torchbearer Flashlight!

Torchbearer Flashlight is the Vagabond Rabble LLC flagship application. It contains our latest upgrades and releases, and has features and attributes not present on our free version, such as an improved maximum Morse Code Transmitter speed and increased Morse Code Reader performance. It also has Offline Mode, and has no ads, thereby yielding a superior user experience. It now also has a Flashlight Widget, for Marshmallow and above level devices.

Torchbearer Flashlight has a Flashlight Widget. Unfortunately, due to constraints, this is available only on Marshmallow and above devices.

TORCHBEARER FLASHLIGHT: SUMMARY

Torchbearer Flashlight (TF) is a powerful light-based application from Vagabond Rabble LLC (Vagabond Rabble). TF is a fun, entertaining light-based application, capable of sending & receiving morse via light, as well as engaging magnification with light, front light, color strobe for the front light, strobe light and flashlight, aka a torch. Enjoy!

TF requires the use of the camera for most of its functionality. Please be sure to enable such permissions as requested for effective performance. For audio functionality, record audio is also an essential permission.

UP AND COMING LANGUAGE UPDATES

TF is presently available in English (United States). We are translating and adding Spanish for the fourth quarter of 2018, with other languages available upon request.

FUTURE RELEASES

A Compass is set for release during 2018. We are also upgrading Torchbearer Flashlight during 2018 as well, and will be integrating new features, which will be available to all current users of our application.

FEATURES

OFFLINE MODE

We have added Offline Mode as a part of our overall functionality. Once enabled, this feature will provide the Light-Wielder with the capacity to use Torchbearer Flashlight without Internet access.

MORSE CODE LIGHT-BASED TRANSMITTER & LONG-RANGE READER / RECEIVER / TRANSLATOR

TF can both send & receive Morse code via light! TF has been successfully tested up to a mile, although past a mile may require reflective amplification. Vagabond Rabble also has demonstration videos in light-saturated environments at night, in order to demonstrate use of the Morse Receiver in such environments.

This feature is ideal for more powerful phones, but is by and large backward compatible on older devices.

MORSE CODE HELP FILES

Both the Morse Code Reader / Receiver and the Morse Code Transmitter / Sender have embedded help files for perusal by the curious Morse user. These files have optimized for swift viewing, and may be accessed in the respective menu via their respective question mark buttons.

MAGNIFIER / MAGNIFYING GLASS

TF is capable as a magnifier / magnifying glass, and has picture-taking capability. Use up to 8 times zoom with the flashlight either on or off, as well as configure various camera settings for improved viewing.

STROBE LIGHT

TF is capable as a strobe light. Adjust the stroboscopic rate on the fly, for fun and entertainment.

FRONT LIGHT

TF is very capable as a front light / screen light. TF can also engage color strobe for the front light, as well as change screen display hue for the front light. TF can also engage a Morse Code Transmitter for the Front Light.

AUDIO VISUALIZER STROBE

Torchbearer Flashlight has audio visualizer strobe for both the Camera LED and the Front Light (phone screen).

FLASHLIGHT | TORCH

TF is capable as a very bright flashlight, acting as a torch in the dark.

FLASHLIGHT WIDGET

Torchbearer Flashlight has a Flashlight Widget. Unfortunately, due to constraints, this is available only on Marshmallow and above devices.
