Ok men saknar ett antal funktioner i den. Bla att man kan favorit markera en sträcka och om det händer något med den sträckan så som inställda tåg och liknande så får man en notifikation om detta och även i den får information om det kommer ersättnings trafik eller om man måste ta en senare avgång. Saknar även att man i realtid kan se vart tåget/bussen är. Till sist att ni lägger till funktionen att man kan skicka kort information över NFC så att man på så sätt kan läsa av sin biljett i era terminaler. Även när man har installerat appen att den heter Västtrafik To Go och inte som idag att den enbart heter Västtrafik detta är för att ska en konsekvent upplevelse då den överallt heter och nämns som Västtrafik To Go förutom när man har installerat den

I have a Hungarian debit mastercard and I can't pay with it. The gotten error message is meaningless. (Transaction error) I tried to vuy more ticket types, neither was successful. The user interface is easy to use, but it's useless if I can't pay a ticket. (My cresit card is useable everywhere else.)

Why can't I pay with a non Swedish bank card and why a Swedish person number to save? We don't have such a unique number in the UK and yet we can create logons with another unique identifier..... Our email address! Why make it hard to visit your city and pay for your services. No wonder many don't bother.

I can't purchase ticket - multiple MasterCard cards declined, while I have no problem using them with other merchants. Useless.. :/

I had an issue with the app since it would not started. It may have been due to my old phone that was​ showing signs of reaching the end of its lifetime... With the new phone problems are gone and the app works as it should. It is really user friendly and easy to use.

Behöver ett offline läge, där giltighetstid cacheas under i alla fall några timmar; det är inte alltid man har internetuppkoppling under eg tågresa.

Köpvilkor (terms and conditions) leder till en 404-sida. Inte särskilt förtroendeingivande.

Har funkat felfritt och smidigt för mig. Bra med återköp av samma biljett, skönt att slippa lösa kort och biljetter, bra att kunna låna ut enkelt. Nöjd.

Efter senaste uppdateringen blir biljetten ihop tryckt i toppen av skärmen, går knappt att se siffrorna. Galaxy s8 plus

Appen hänger sig, ska installera om, få se om det hjälper. 1 stjärna från mig.

Fungerar inte över enbart Wi-Fi, endast med mobildata.

The app suddenly won't work any more. Trying to start it up gives the message "unfortunately västtrafik has stopped"

I couldn't sign up an account. I filled in all blanks but still did not allow me to proceed. The app also did not allow me to store my credit cards. Totally useless.

Works for me most of the time, however it sometimes freezes in the background, draining my battery

Bought a ticket, but payment is done, however ticket doesnt come. When i press on ticket, it says no ticket.

Jag kan inte köpa mitt årskort i appen så jag har bara använt den för att se tidtabellen. Helt värdelös för att göra det. När man hoppar mellan "tidigare" eller "senare" avgångar så hoppar den över vissa turer som jag då inte får se. Detta har gjort att jag är helt förvirrad och inte har någon aning om när bussen går. Måste fixas. Jag går tillbaka till reseplaneraren tills dess. Tidtabellsfunktionen är ju helt trasig...

I have been using this app for less than a week, but so far only had positive experience. I'm roaming using my German Abo, and it's the end of the month so my Internet is not the best. Still, even when Google Maps won't load for me, To Go will and I can still look up how to drive. I assume that means it's not using that much Data, which is great. I hope this won't be something that decreases in quality as time goes on. I really like the Bonus system, it feels very rewarding and is also a great marketing strategy.

The app takes a good amount of seconds to start and show the ticket and you HAVE to show it to the driver which can be fun when you enter in the middle of the bus with groceries, a kid and a stroller. And what happens when I get home late from a long journey and my batteries have run out? I'll have to buy a charge pack for my ticket to work, of course. Can I at least conveniently manage the payment of my existing plastic cards, since it has my account details? Nope. Immensely impractical and pointless. EDIT: Today it turned black and locked up entirely when trying to show it to the driver. What a rush job.

Unfortunately this app is pretty worthless without the travel planner used separately. I don't understand why tickets aren't available in travel planner instead since the actual travel planning in this app is so terrible..

Swedes may be good at making cars but they suck at doing Apps. I could not use my debit or credit card to make a payment. kept failing with no reason.

Appen har genomgått stora förbättringar och VT är på rätt väg, just nu saknar jag dock möjligheten att lägga in årskort i appen. Annars mycket bra och alla mina tidigare klagomål är åtgärdade.

The automatic return of tickets at 0400 hours is incredibly stupid when you want to sleep in and your partner has to go to work early . The policy that you cannot exchange the ticket for a physical one is really dumb as well. What do I do when I have to service my phone?

Krångligt att ha en app för att åka buss. Vad är det för fel på ett vanligt kort? Jag vill inte ha med mig telefonen när jag reser vissa dagar.
