The writing was so small, I couldn't read it, no way to expand the page

You need to reallocate the hw back button. Now it's exiting from the app. Bad UX practice.

This app lists many foodstuffs but there is little choice of doneness - only for beef - and most of the temperatures are too high, for example fish fillet at 58C which would be just-cooked at 43C. I think all the fish is the same temperature. What's the point of using sous-vide to overcook your food, there are easier ways.
