You will also find two audio exercises – audio 1 to use prior to your talk, when you can disappear off somewhere on your own to get into the right frame of mind – and audio 2 which you can use sitting down right before your talk while you’re waiting for your turn (etiquette permitting).
There is also a link to a short video that can help you to feel confident very quickly.
I suggest reading the report first, then watch the video, then listen to the audio exercises.
