It keeps telling me that I am already signed up, I never signed up before, I tried getting it to send me a new password, it says my email address is not known??

So this app would be great if I were able to even book a ride. Every single time I try to enter my address, it says my location isn't available. I've check all possible phone problems, and sure enough it's the app.

Great for Dr 's appointments and regular business travelers. Awesome for the elderly to get from a to b with their own personal driver.

Great concept...but they don't have it in my area. I'm stuck.

Not certain what about this requires email verification. That would not be super annoying except that it doesn't even work. Will use Lyft and Uber apps directly. This is a waste of time and effort.

The driver side seems to work it's the passenger part that doesn't seem to work too well. I can't seem change the driver referral code it doesn't let me change it when I sign up. So I can't sign up.

Drivers pay $3 to $4/reservation, must go offline and deadhead to pick up the rider. UberX rates already pay drivers less than the cost of driving. RIDERS MUST OFFER AT LEAST $20 INCENTIVE FOR THE DRIVER TO JUST BREAK EVEN.

We can now book appointments and not have to worry about unessesary waiting.

The reservation part and searching for a certain driver work, but not all drivers show up when browsing in my market. Also, support needs improved knowledge. I received a completely wrong answer to a question. The description of how things work to find a driver was completely different than what my app looks like and behaves.

I would have given this app a 5 star rating a few months back when i first started using it but now I try to make a reservation for early morning trips and i can never get a driver. Anytime i try to apply filters to search drivers in my area it force closes. I minds well not even use this anymore

I use this app and also the driver app and they are both very awesome. Its great you can pick your driver and have them there when you need them!

I'm registered as a driver, but can't log in or register the same email address. I'd like to be able to make reservations for when I need to travel.

No way to input/select/submit a service type, yet can't get past that part of the request process which makes the app worthless on my android.

I use both the driver and rider UZURV apps. I love the ability to preschedule my ride and pick my driver.

Great way to find and "favorite" Uber and Lyft drivers, then reserve rides at the time you need with the driver you want. Great for people concerned about a "safe" driver and car, and making sure you have a ride to the airport early in the morning... Or maybe a special evening out!

A fee to register and the incentive is $3 minimum that doesn't even come out of the total.

Nothing better than being able to guarantee a pickup after a concert. This service is new to the customer and drivers. Good chance that you both will learn how to use the app together.

Worked well. Reserved my ride for 5:30 AM and driver was on time and pleasant!

Riders and drivers be warned. This app violates the terms of service agreements with transportation network companies. Neither the driver or ride will be covered under the company's insurance. Edit: After leaving this review, a member of the company contacted me via Google Hangouts and started harassing me over it. That is completely unacceptable and I have contacted Google over this absurd action.

Very easy to use and interact with to reserve drivers in advance. Wonderful customer service. Quality software.

Unable to add my destination AND the street is spelled all wrong!!! Not sure about this app

No more "UberX Unavailable". I don't have to worry about getting a driver.
