Saç ekimi uzmanı Kadri OKYAY 1982 yılında Kayseri Develi ilçesinde göreve başladı, 1986 yılında İskenderin ve 1996 yıllında İzmir de görev yaptı. Daha sonra 2008 yılında Esteworld plastik cerrahi hastanesinde saç ekimine girdi. Şuan Median hastanesinde kendisine ait saç ekim ünetisi bulunmaktadır. Değişik ülkelerde saç ekim kongrelerine katıldı (Katar, Dubai, Suudi Arabistan, İngiltere.) Binlerce hasta portföyü olup çoğu ile iletişim halindedir.
Yeni yöntemlerle saç ekiminin daha erken gelişimini bulmuştur.
