Higginscoin trading lets companies, which Higgscoin Company select by its own criteria and standard, issue Higgscoin and let them trade within the Exchange


How can I start trading
In order to start trading, investors need an account issued by Higgscoin Company, which is registered for investment trading and investment intermediacy and submit orders through Higgscoin account. Trading Higgscoin at Exchange is very limited to members of Higgscoin Company, and investors without becoming a member at Higgs cannot trade and can only trade through a member of Higgs. A member entrusted by a non Higgs member investor should order through the Exchange. Foreign investors should be aligned with Higgscoin Company's foreign investor management system, and non member firm investor should order through an entrusted Higgs member. Order submitted from Higgs member is completed by Exchange regulation time, Exchange reports the result of order to Higgs member, and Higgs member reports to the investor. Investor should pay the purchased amount, or sold Higgscoin to Higgscoin Company until 3 days after the order date including the first day (T+2). When Higgscoin Company makes an order at Exchange, trading completes Higgs trade
