UTSAV, which was conceived in 1981, has been, and will remain a fest that caters to the youth, the spirit, and the competition amongst students at a magnitude like no other. The 30th edition promises to be larger, louder, and more exciting than before. With up-beat music, exciting events, and non-stop performances, UTSAV is the one place you need to be.
Every UTSAV has been viewed as a platform that provides great opportunity to students who are highly talented and passionate about their interests in dance, music, debating, theatre and so on. With our flagship events: TURTLE, DJ NIGHT, and WHIPLASH, we have raised the bar for the cultural fest that is known for its magnitude. The previous edition witnessed a floating crowd of over 60,000, including students from various colleges and alumni, with the number growing steadily each year. The various companies and corporations, with whom we have collaborated with, have empowered us with their sponsorship. Every step is carefully strategized and executed, making UTSAV one of the biggest student-run fests in the country.

About BMSCE

BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru was founded in the year 1946 by Late Sri. B.M.Sreenivasaiah, a great visionary and philanthropist; and was nurtured by his illustrious son Late Sri. B.S.Narayan. BMSCE is the first private sector initiative in engineering education in India. Started with only 3 undergraduate courses, BMSCE today offers 13 Undergraduate & 16 Postgraduate courses both in conventional and emerging areas. 15 of its Departments are recognized as Research Centres offering PhD/M.Sc (Engineering by Research) degrees in Science, Engineering, Architecture and Management. Modernization, expansion and sophistication have not changed the basic philosophy of education at BMSCE.
