Aircoach

I had successfully used this app on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and my ASUS tablet but, on my newer Samsung Galaxy A3 2016, options on the left are almost off the screen and options on the right are completely off the screen and so cannot be accessed. It appears that the screen isn't being sized correctly and the app won't rotate into landscape mode either.

Was always worried if I was waiting at an aircoach stop for 10mins past the scheduled time that I'd missed it. This let's you know exactly when the aircoach is coming to your particular stop. Love it

Real-time not working. Timetables outdated... As precise as Aircoach itself.

Don't bother. Have installed then uninstalled this thing 3 times. It is poorly designed and does not provide bus tracking

It was poor before but useless now that timetables were changed. Not updated and live tracking doesn't work.

Very unreliable.....I've only used it once and I know I won't use it again.....

While Aircoach operates a great service in comfort to and from the airport, this app is a bit of a let down. You can look up information, that's handy, but the GPS tracking doesn't work, as many noted. Have Aircoach missed the bus on that one?

Downgraded my rating from 3 stars to 1. This app is going from bad to worse. The timetables have not been updated. The coach tracker is non-existent. It's probably the laziest travel app I've come across amongst all the airport related ones out there. Get off your arses and deliver a decent app that doesn't constantly keep your customers wondering. It's not rocket science, ffs.

Aircoach in general is great, but this app is awful. No real-time tracking - does not do what it says on the tin. Does have timetables, so I guess that is something. Also a small download, and not horribly ugly.

They must focus on tracking the bus position on a real-time basis. The GPS function is inaccurate. Informing passengers about the bus locations provides a feeling of reassurance.

The bus tracking is unreliable. I almost missed the a bus because I didn't hail at the driver in time and, on top of that, he was rude to me.

Idea is great, it gives times of routes but real time tracking in not working which was my main reason for downloading

Missed bus because this app has out of date timetables.

As a live tracker app it's useless.

Aircoach itself is a great service but this app is USELESS for live tracking of coaches!!

Estimates are random and not all of the stops have an actual estimate.

Real time coach tracker is not working! !!!!!

Used this to judge how long i had to grab a coffee before catching the bus, I had plenty of time so this app could get expensive! Shows the current location of the bus to the nearest stop, I think it could improve by showing the realtime location. Did enough though to be useful to me. Also could stop asking to connect to Facebook but you can skip that.

Idea is great and with all the real time apps that exist, technology is there. I downloaded the app because the shuttle was 30 min late. The app was still showing ---- for the scheduled part. First time I used it and proved not reliable.

There's a bug in this application which causes android too forget your default web browser. Every time you click a link you have to select which browser to use. Issue was fixed by uninstalling aircoach.

No real time tracking that Aircoach primised. Very unfriendly interface, hard to read information. The "expected time" never shown any times. Why publishing an app that doesn't work?

As many have said, it's nor real time. I hope it improves over time

Not user friendly, doesn't have useful real time features, not sure why it wants to connect to my facebook.

Why bother create an app that mostly does not work, and when it does it is very poor!

Not very user friendly and no working real time so no real use. 1 star is one to many. Website is not much better I'm afraid. Years ago had a way better real-time site.

Bus was delayed, downloaded this to see when it would arrive. Just kept saying it was due the minute after the current time. No real time tracking.

Sorry this App is a waste, why would you need Facebook. No working real time. Good idea, terrible execution. Thankfully this does not reflect your Coach Service.

Time tables don't allow you to see busses that have already departed. Useless if your using the app to collect someone from the bus

Useless & intrusive. Restore Web real time tracker. Tarnishes a great service.

Too much focus on social networks instead of giving me the info I need. Why would I wanna connect my facebook or twitter to the app? Right now it is 6PM and I have to catch a flight tomorrow morning very early. The app, however, just gives me the bus times up to midnight today? Very confusing UI... It does give you the short term info though.. but still.. the UI needs to be less confusing...
