Fantastic for quick and easy access to managing my account and most importantly saving money!!
Love it! Can instantly see my balance on my card and submit easy metre readings. While also being able to keep on top of my data usage, texts and calls. Really easy to use
Would help to see membership number & password as you type them in, as opposed to a white screen. Would save making typos.
The app won't work on several devices, keeps saying check connection
Not worked for a few months. Cashback, energy or mobile won't load.

Great app
F.I.T. export (and energy consumption) meter readings are quickly and easily submitted at month-end. FWIW, I have a self-illuminating (Sweex) webcam looking at the export meter - it's connected to a cheap notebook that not only runs the Solar Inverter monitoring program but also has its own Skype account set to auto-answer with video ... I can retrieve the month-end F.I.T. readings even if away from home & send them in on time. Yes, I know ... desperately sad - but it works perfectly :-)
Great for meter readings but to access the webmail area you have to go into the website via a formal url or search engine. Pretty crap really!
Not able to update my cashback for nearly 30 days!! Says no info available for cashback nearby pretty useless:(
Was hoping for a usable ap, but requests account details and password everytime I try to use it. Also no confirmation meter reading has been uploaded. so will remove ap for now. Galaxy S5
Can't log in. Having just changed my log in details (which wasn't easy either), the app does not recognise either my username or password. So in essence completely useless. Yes the same username and password allows me to access the web
I can put my meter readings in, see all of our mobile phones and what mins/data are left. Top up cashback (very uselful when in a queue and you wonder what your balance is!) Very unique, love it.
Lets me log in but then when I attempt to use the submit meter reading section (the main reason I downloaded it) the app simply crashes / stops working.
It doesn't work on my phone when the keyboard pops up I just get a white screen and my keyboard. Can't see what I type which makes it useless
Have to uninstall then reinstall to get app to update on mobile. Not great
App is ok... but can't understand why there is no link to clubhouse to view bills etc when it's called clubhouse app !
Hasn't worked since at least beginning of December. Have to use the website instead. Frustrating!
Very neat app on first look, especially the map of cashback stores near your location.
Handy for meter readings & keeping an eye on mobile tariff usage - but where is a page for broadband/home phone?

Still not updating mobile usage. Have reinstalled and still the same. Come on sort this out. No feedback even emailed with a 4 day response and nothing. Great app now guys. Your app and call centre are perfect. Keep up the good work.
The Best
This app makes it much better and easier for me to quickly submit meter readings during the hectic day of my family life. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 (which I will change if this feature is added) is I would like to see in the app when my next bill is due (balance might be nice as well). I have to keep checking my bank to find out which is a bit picky but hey.
Was good to start but does not update my mobile usage for over 20 days. When I called to complain they told me they were aware and were working on it. I have called twice emailed twice and got the same response. It's just not good enough. Other than that it works fine. You need to sort this out utility wearhouse as I am reluctant to promote your otherwise good company.the app is now working fine and is worthy of 5 stars. Excellent company and now excellent app.
Shows you have data left so you carry on using it, then you lose all access to the Internet as they turn you off due to exceeding your allowance! But still shows data left!! The days till reset counts down so you assume the app is working. Not good enough really.
Brilliant i had triuble early on with it but most apps have their faults now working great. Easy to update meter readings. Shows cashback. Like everyone else paying my bills for me
Being a customer since 2012 has saved us a lot of money and hassle and this new app it just keeps getting better and better! Thanks again God bless!
Useful to check card balance but no way of adding a different payment card to top up from. Also, seems no way of looking at all places to get cashback, only local ones.

It is quite helpful but the cashback card screen keeps crashing. This makes it difficult to buy in stores when checking your balance is temperamental.
