For all of the private educators who need an efficient way to organize and communicate with students/parents with lesson text reminders and payment balances, this is the perfect app for you!

This organizational app enables private lesson teachers to manage each student account with very little effort. After the user initially sets up a student's profile by entering the lesson's day, time, rate, and parent phone number, the app will automatically keep track of the amount owed by the student and send out a text reminder before each lesson.


Main Features..

- Automatic text message reminders sent to phone number you set up, before every lesson, or not if you so choose!
- Automatic management of student financial balances.
- Adding, editing, and deleting of students and student attendances.


More Details..

- Add students and set recurring cost for each lesson.
- Automatically sort students by closest appointment time.
- Text messages sent automatically to student at a time chosen by YOU prior to lesson time.
- Add attendances which will automatically deduct the lesson cost from the students balance.
- Edit attendances if you accidentally added the wrong amount of funds, or need to delete one.
- Student detail shows a detailed list of each lesson date and each transaction to help you see exactly how much they owe and when they owe it.


Current Limitations..

- App does not sync data to a website or service. If you uninstall the app or clear data, it is gone forever. (Upgrading to add this feature soon)
- Text message sent is currently hardcoded to..
- If account balance not $0 after next lesson..
"Hi! This is just a reminder for today's lesson at (lesson time)! See you soon!"
- If account balance is $0 after today's lesson..
"Hi! This is a reminder for today's lesson at (lesson time)! Also, just a heads up, your balance is $0 after today's lesson! See you soon!"
- Lesson schedule is hardcoded to 1 lesson per week, so you can only choose day of week, rather than day of month etc.
- Need to add notification for case when lesson time passes and event has not been added.

This is the first iteration of this app and I know there is room for tons of new awesome features, so if you have any ideas let me know and I will do my best to implement them!!
