This actually makes my job harder..Dev team should keep old app available untill ALL OF THE BuGS have been worked out. No GUI INTERFACE??? MICROSOFT isnt even this bad .. common u guys this program Should have been alpha & beta tested b4 release for usability and functionality.. ill stick to the old one till the developers work out user interface and overall usability. What a enormous waste of resources.. Command line interface..? REALLY? ..

This app sucks. I train and the old app I could us while truck was moving and thus app is missing so much stuff it was a waste of my time to register to use it and to down load it. Plus you can't even download the old one anymore which would be better for me.

The app is ok but one thing I hate is when the truck is moving I can't use it. I'm a trainer and sitting in passenger seat I should be able to get on there.

On the old app, with the exception of scrolling through messages has became a pain and inability to delete sent messages, everything about it is better. The layout on the new app isn't the slightest bit appealing, the old app gets messages, sometimes hours, faster than the new one. The HOS is never right and sometimes as much as a day behind making that section completely useless. When responding to messages I know who I'm responding to on the old app, but not the new one. When sending new messages, the name of the person does not auto populate after a few letters like on the old one. The weather section is pointless. My weather app gives more information and accuracy. Basically this app is not even as good as the old one, much less better. Just thought I would look at the map function. It shows my receiver to be in the Gulf of New Guinea. (Added 5.19.17)

Seems like a good app. First problem is HOS. I am currently off duty but the app sbows I am on duty. Next my student is droving but I can't use the app cause it says I am the one driving. The HOS section needs work.

This is the app that ever rated this low. It deserves half a star. But 1 star will do. I personally prefer the old app. This new app still shows am on duty while in a different status in reality. Please, this is no improvement of the old. Its not helpful.

Nice app. On one of the updates can you give ability of selecting read all on messages. Makes easier when load info hits. Thx Update: Ah I see how to select all, hit the pencil icon & tap multiple messages.

This is the new version? Why do I have to register a username and password now? Was there something wrong with driver ID and last 4? Good thing the old version still works on my normal phone.

It's not quite there. Needs some improvements to be driver friendly. Ability to use it while truck is moving. Otherwise it is useless.

I just downloaded it. But one big problem right off the bat. I run as a team and if the truck is moving I can't use the app.

Receiving messages. Not receiving new load info though. Stuck showing a load I ran last week. I signed out and went to sign in but forgot my username and password. How do I find out that info?

Still buggy. Cant ever get consignee macros. Load takes way to long to switch. Sometimes days behind. Loaded macro hit n miss. Hope it will get better...

You telling me this thing can see that I'm on drive line (which I'm not, student is) so I tell it I'm not driving and it still locks me out? Come on just trash this app and put the old one back up Reply: If the app worked right and saw I am not driving when it thinks I am it would know I'M NOT DRIVING. Also why does it notify me of messages I send? I just sent it, I don't need a message telling me I sent it

Works intermittent lots of bugs, never refreshed, completely crashed. Can't log in. All around useless.

It's improved some. Incoming messages take a little while to come through. The satellite view for looking at how to get into a shipper/customer really comes in handy!

This app is useless I'm a trainer can use it while students are driving I found the circle of service macros but they won't send hafta use the driver tech I deleted an am using the old app it works 300 times better then the new one

Hey drivers this app is amazing thumb up office ppl in glad we had a company who gives a hoot that we get our loads on our phone and not have to run back and fourth to truck thx us team just like everything else in life u gotta work out the kinks so drivers be nice lol and wait

The biggest flaw in this program is the fact that it cannot be used as a passenger. That means that a 80000 pound truck has to come to a stop every time we get a message. And on our days off we cannot use it as a passenger if the vehicle is moving at all.

I am a team driver our truck rarely stops and can't use while truck in motion meanwhile dispatch mad cause we not responding to messages wait I would but truck in motion

Some of the same features as previous app. Much more complicated. I had to make a usx email which I dont even know how to ccess. Ive been a USX driver for 3 years and never needed an email. The app doesnt show detailed information on pre assignments such as previous version. If you have a driver tech in your truck which is standard then there really is no need for this app.

It almost worked for a second. The old app worked about 50% of the time. I'm glad you took care of the issues with it working.

The app can't handle expense advance properly. It doesn't transition loads correctly

Seriously can you fix it to where I can use the app while sitting with my truck turned off...I mean why is it saying I can't use it while I'm in motion when the truck doesn't even have the key in the ignition

There needs to be a way to delete news. It will end up consuming to much space

Takes a little bit getting used to. It's just so plain and boring. But gets the job done.

Don't know why it doesent update according to the driver's status. Needs truck navigation too

I think this is one of the worst app have come across. Can't sign me in.

New app does more but it's very cluttered. Not as user friendly as the old app.

First app was better more like the real DT Rider cant use app while truck is moving the HOS section is always wrong IT NEEDS WORK sorry this app sucks

This app sucks, I can't use it at all or look at my msgs if truck is moving even if my partner driving. Can't even look at my assignments if I'm in a car on my home time or reply to Dispatch.

This app is useless. Should have kept the old one.

Still having problems signing in, correct user name and password but won't let me in.

Downloaded created account tried to login multiple times no go. Tried to recover password account not found. App deleted.

This is a terrible app the old one works fine, a friend help me at the Jacksonville terminal it works fine now

This app isn't working. Keeps prompting me to sign in help. I have a user and password. I'm just looking to use the app.
