Sheetz you should be ashamed. The app has gotten slightly better. Still no Android Pay support. No need to install this app, fellow Android fans.

I can place an order fine, but the app won't add a payment. It keeps saying my card must be 19 digits. No card is 29 digits! Unless you count the spaces, which then it should work!!

The app keeps saying "connection error". And it keeps saying "something is not right". I go to Sheetz everyday. I use this app everyday. I hope someone can help me. Also on the app my status was FRIEND, I only needed 150 points to be at FREAK status. Now it says im at FAN status. I don't understand why. Please help me. I am still having the same problem with the app. I can't even log in now. I don't want to uninstall the app because I go to Sheetz everyday. Please fix it

The 'rewards' or coupons I get in the app are not that great. Not enough to make me visit the store to use the coupon.

What's the point of being loyal to Sheetz if you never earn any points. Swipe everyday and nothing to show for it. I'm done.

The app is useless. I have a my card but the number keeps coming up invalid or with another account.

Redeeming my points for free rewards is unintuitive.

I had a reward "coupon" for any size coffee for $1, when I went to use the "coupon" for the coffee, not only did it use the coupon but took 250 points from my total instead of letting me pay the $1. Because of this, when I called Sheetz, I had a free coffee added to my card. When I went to use the free coffee at a different Sheetz, my points were used and not the "free" coffee that was on my card. This new rewards system and app rip off the customer.

It requires you to sign up with your Sheetz card but like with some other reviews it refused to take my Sheetz card's digits when I know it's valid. Uninstalled this junk app.

Hands down the worst mobile app ever to order food from! Confusing and takes way to long.

It works great. Any bad reviews clearly just arent technologically advanced enough to use a simple app

Love the app, saves me time in the morning ordering ahead of time. U should add personal pizzas to the rewards list!!!!

Unusable. Can't sign in with key card. What few precious points I have, I'll lose, because they want me to set up a new card. And the app directs you to the gift card customer service line, which doesn't provide an option to set up the rewards card with the app. I've actually cut way back on stopping at Sheetz because I can't use the app to save time, and the primary store I would use it for usually has trouble preparing even simple orders in a timely manner.

Works great & has yet to give me issues. These people dropping 1 star reviews ON AN APP because they don't like the rewards program need to get their brain checked. Rate the app on how it orders food, yeah?

The app itself works fine. You sign in the first time and click the "remember me" button and you dont have to sign in anymore. Its convenient to be able to order food ahead of time and have it waiting for you when you get there. Also you have access to your rewards points and nutrition info. Not sure why somebody would give the app a bad rating just because they don't like the rewards program. I agree that the new rewards program is a waste of time and insulting to the customers, but that has nothing to do with the app itself. The app is great and rewards program is a waste.

Unusable. When signing up for an account, it asks if you have a sheetz card already, but only displays a yes option. There's no way to say no or skip that part

If you only have the key ring card this app and the 888 number it gives you is completely useless. You would think a company with this much money could get something this simple correct. The app requires a 19 digit card number and a pin if you only have the key ring card it tells you to call a 888 number... Which also requires a 19 digit number and a pin. Same as online.... Lack of planning and thinking. Uninstalling... Junk.

Won't let me sign in. Tried 3 different devices. Either the app sucks, or they just bugged the app because it's free coffee day and they don't want anyone getting coffee.

Reward program might as well not exist with how low the point-to-dollar ratio is. It is almost an insult that Sheetz replaced their old program with this joke instead of doing away with rewards all together.

Improving as it goes. I've used it several times to order and receive discounts. I'm currently having an issue adding credit card to my payment setup. The security code requires 4 digits instead of the usual 3

Not a Fan.... The new rewards program sucks. I used to spend about $20 to get a free $2 sub. Now I need to spend $150 to get a $2 sub for free. I used to make special trips to sheetz to buy food. Not anymore. This program is worthless, and screws the customer under the guise of allowing them to receive points for every dollar. I'm deleting the app because I don't want it wasting space on my phone. I wonder how much money sheetz will lose in mto sales with this insulting new points system.

App works seamlessly, saves me time and hassle. Order ahead, no wait. Use the app for payment, AND the rewards card (which I never used because digging thru my wallet to find it was inconvenient) makes the transaction super easy, and fast. The only suggestion I have is, there should be a way to delete depleted gift cards, they clutter up the screen!

Terrible. Only have keyring card w no security number. Says call customer service number. Only a robo that doesnt even reconize my card number. No human to talk to. Never mind how we are getting screwed on the deal. Buy 10 get one free was much better.

I am having a hard time trying to sign in. I,have the correct password and email but it keeps saying unauthorized. Ywt I am,trying it all in correctly there's no help button nothing. There's nothing this app needs to be fixed. When ppl cannot log into their account it's really bad. I am the onky one authorized to use my account so why I cannot log in is beyond me yall need to fix this right now

It never completely loads for me. I am unable to see the pictures of anything and since the descriptions are all cut off, i rarely know what my reward options are.

APP is fine, but the new rewards program SUCKS! I have to spend $130 to get a free SBC drink, when they used to be buy 10 get 1 free. It's total BS.

Can't scroll down on register screen, unusable. From what I see from other comments, nobody is going to fix it. Don't bother. Bad app, that doesnt function well.

this rewards program is the absolute worst. there is no reward to the amount of money that needs to be spent.

Only thing good about the app is being able to scan your card if you forgot it to get the gas discount and right now I cant do that CAUSE IT WONT LET ME SIGN INTO THE APP!

Ask for too much info & too complicated. I am not making a phone call simply because I only have a key card. Going to uninstall the app.
