USMLE-Rx - Qmax 1

Kept getting the "no internet" error prompt everytime i switch tabs even if I had connection. Prompts me to log-in even though i had the "remember me" button checked. Some images won't load properly. An option that would block notifications during tests and an offline mode would be helpful

I just started using it and as of yet Ive found that I cant create a new test for which it gives and error about Internet connection. Also it doesn't auto log in... I was able to load the test I created on my PC. However I still need to check if the everything else works alright.

1. If you lose internet connection for even a second, it ends the test on you and marks all the rest wrong. There is no way to even go back and redo the test. 2. None of the media shows up on the app, including images or audio heart murmur sounds. This makes doing a lot of questions impossible. For these two reasons, this app is unusable. Don't waste your time downloading it at the moment. It has potential though.

It seems old fashion. Lacks the capabilities to enlarge font. The picture are 3D. It's like the graphics are from windows 95. Aside from that it's okay. Why have acess to te video's and do the flash cards. Step your game. The qbank membership cost an arm and leg. For this type of dollar we expect service that's as comparable to what we spend.

Keeps logging out as it says no Internet connection and recalculates test afterwards. Some questions says it has an audio or picture attached as part of a question, but no shortcut to view picture or listen to audio.

Downloaded the app today and so far has closed my tests three times while im right in the middle of answering them. Also once they close. Im not able to resume them where i left off

App crashes consistently and ends a great in the middle of taking it, then gives error message about Internet, seems to be a recurrent problem for many people. The app simply doesn't work and there seems to be no care by the developers to resolve the obvious major issues seen by many other users.

Every time I try to load a test it says is cannot and it is "logged". I would love to use this mobile feature but I guess not. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall.

All-around bad interface similar to iOS version but even worse is that only Qmax 1. At least the iOS version has Step 2 and 3

I used my username (not e mail address) and correct password, but its telling me I need to check ny login details.

Great app, thank you for making one. Can we please get the Qmax 2 and Qmax 3 capability already? It shouldn't take so much time for the update.

I a unable to acces to the flash cards, I used to have that option, I just bought the flash facts, to kill time on my phone, but guess what, that it is imposible, they should fix that

The app crashes in the middle of the test. Marks all my questions wrong this happens with every single test. They need to fix it.

The test ends spontaneously and wastes all your questions in that block.

My tests are ended suddenly, even when I'm in the middle of answering questions. The app just says "saving test data". The app was great until this started happening.

I tried to login but it wouldn't let me through even when I change my password. My email address is my username right? New update 3/29/16: I tried using the link you posted but I got a 403 forbidden error page. Anyway, I found my username from an old email I got when I bought my subscription, but still couldn't login because it said I need to confirm my username and password... again. ***UPDATE--4/4/2016*** The USMLE Rx team helped me with my login problem and it only took 1-2 days to fix. Thanks again, USMLE Rx Team. I already knew I wanted an app for my subscription. The design and features are pretty descent.

. Frequent crashes . No landscape mode ie Cannot be rotated with screen . Sometimes, cannot retrieve explanations from FA facts. My device is Nexus 7 tablet with Android M

Text explanations indicate there are images to be viewed but none are displayed. Functionality severely impaired because of this. ***update*** thank you for notifying me that a fix is in the works. I will update my review when the updated version is released.

On my Samsung Galaxy S5, the app will not allow me to login. It keeps telling me the login information is wrong, however this information works when I login to the website.

I have Sony Xperia z4 tablet, and it doesn't work with me, because when I try to sing in, the app notified me that password or username doesn't work, but when I open the USMLE rx, by Web site the password and user name works.

When reviewing a test, flagged questions don't show up as flagged. Image viewer also doesn't work. Please correct this ASAP. Prompt customer service though.

I can't log in since I downloaded it .it keep saying my info is not correct but thus the same I use to login from my laptop

I had no problem reviewing an exam, but there is no option to review a simulation.

even with a constant internet connection with a speed of 60Mbps , i couldn't complete even single test out of three tests . it closes on its own and mark the whole test as wrong . wouldn't recommend it to anyone .

When reviewing a test, flagged questions don't show up as flagged. Image viewer and First Aid Facts also don't work. Please correct this ASAP

I cannot log in using my proper username and password. Will revise my comment once this is fixed.
