Aplikasi yang diperuntukkan untuk petugas dalam menangani pengaduan dan pelaporan serta pesan darurat yang masuk dari masyarakat.

Fitur:
- Laporan masuk.
- Portal berita.
- Mengkonfirmasi konten media (foto/video) jika layak ditampilkan.
- Notifikasi jika ada pesan darurat masuk.
- Monitoring untuk menampilkan posisi petugas dan asal pesan darurat di peta.

Catatan:
- Untuk menggunakan fitur tersebut, petugas harus registrasi dan login terlebih dahulu. Applications intended for officers in dealing with complaints and reporting and emergency messages coming from the community.
