O Piggo PDV é o aplicativo para entrega de troco e recebimento de pagamentos em PONTOS DE VENDA através da plataforma Piggo. Comerciantes tem controle sobre o montante entregue e recebido por cada operador de caixa através da função FECHAMENTO DE CAIXA.

Piggo é uma plataforma de pagamento móvel (m-payment) especializada em micro-pagamentos com foco em viabilizar uma alternativa eletrônica para a entrega de troco. De uma forma simples, podemos dizer que o Piggo é um cofrinho (ou porquinho) eletrônico com o qual você pode pagar nas lojas que aceitam Piggo.

Através de um sistema simples, ágil, seguro, com baixo custo e de amplo alcance, o comerciante poderá entregar o troco a seu cliente precisando informar apenas um número de CPF e o valor a ser creditado. O sistema então credita o valor numa conta virtual associada ao CPF do consumidor. Este, por sua vez, acumulando recursos financeiros, poderá adquirir uma grande variedade de serviços e produtos disponibilizados pela plataforma, resgatar o dinheiro poupado (quebrar o porquinho) e efetuar pagamentos nos estabelecimentos conveniados. No pagamento o consumidor precisa apenas digitar o CPF e o token de pagamento gerado pelo aplicativo ou site e pronto pagamento efetuado.

A partir de agora, o consumidor não precisará abrir mão de alguns centavos ou receber balinhas; as moedas barulhentas, difíceis de carregar e fáceis de perder, serão substituídas por um crédito digital, seguro e prático. O comerciante terá um nova opção para entregar o troco, não precisará arredondar seus preços para baixo nem descumprir as normas de defesa do consumidor e ainda conta com uma novo meio de pagamento com taxas competitivas.



GUIA RÁPIDO DE USO

O operador deve se conectar ao sistema utilizando o CNPJ do estabelecimento, o próprio CPF e uma senha fornecida pelo administrador do estabelecimento. Estando conectado, o operador poderá entregar trocos e realizar o fechamento de caixa.


# ENTREGA DE TROCO

Para entregar o troco, o operador deve executar os seguinte passos:
1 - Digitar o CPF do cliente a receber o troco;

2 - Pressionar OK;

3 - Digitar o valor do troco a ser entregue;

4 - Pressionar OK;

Caso o usuário não tenha cadastro no sistema Piggo, será requisitado um número de celular do usuário. Para fornecer esse dado, basta executar os passos a seguir:

5 - Digitar o número de celular com o formato DDD com 2 (dois) dígitos seguido de número de celular com 8 (oito) ou 9 (nove) dígitos. Por exemplo 8288997766 ou 11958334444;

6 - Pressionar OK.

# FECHAMENTO DE CAIXA

O operador deve escolher a função FECHAMENTO DE CAIXA e informar o período de utilização. Caso o período não seja informado, o sistema utilizará o período de 05:00 às 04:59. Todos os lançamentos feitos pelo operador dentro do período escolhido serão consultados e o valor total será mostrados na tela após alguns segundos.

QUICK USE

The operator must connect to the system using the CNPJ category, the very CPF and password provided by the administrator of the facility. Having connected, the operator can deliver spare change and realize the cash closing.


# CHANGE DELIVERY

To give change, the operator must perform the following steps:
1 - Enter the CPF client to receive the change;

2 - Press OK;

3 - Enter the amount of change to be delivered;

4 - Press OK;

If the user has not joined in Piggo system, a user's mobile phone number is required. To provide this information, simply perform the following steps:

5 - Enter the phone number with area code format with two (2) digits followed by mobile number eight (8) or nine (9) digits. For example 8288997766 or 11958334444;

6 - Press OK.

Ready, successfully delivered change!


# LOCK BOX

The operator should choose the BOX LOCK function and inform the period of use. If the period is not provided, the system uses the period from 05:00 to 04:59. All entries made by the operator within the month will be consulted and the full amount will be shown on the screen after a few seconds.
