Once the map is loaded, you can just turn your connection off, saving battery, and let “eWaken” do its job.
You can check on the map, where you are and how far you are from your destination.
“eWaken" enables you to set up to three types of different check at the same event, “GPS Alert”, “Time Alert” and “GPS Signal out Alert”, to make sure you won’t miss your destination.
It is also possible to modify the alert distance from the target, change GPS update frequency (saving battery), type of map, type of alert…..
(Few features need network connection for update; Application will perform better when using 3G or faster mobile connection, or Wi-Fi).

Most of the menu options in this app are not visible on my gs3. I don't know what I am changing or even what options I have.

I can add a location but can't change any options so it's stuck alerting at 50 meters. That's too close for a train. Bringing up the options gives me a screen with a bunch of checkboxes and some sliders but no text. It kept temporarily freezing while I used it.
