Ignore the 1 star haters, I've been using this for months, have 2 lines. Issues have been usually fixed quickly. Occasionally there's an issue with an ad not swiping (usually it's one specific ad, not the system as a whole) but mostly very smooth. Not a lot of surveys, but sometimes even if the home screen says none, it will refresh and find one if you click take survey. I usually get 1 or 2 a month. I have yet to use any of the Groupon offers, so can't comment on that, but I can say it DOES work,
Kills your battery, makes your phone freeze up at least a few times a day, makes your phone spastic at times... it ridiculous. My phone worked with no complaints before I downloaded this app. But you do save 5$ a month... but is that really worth having to buy a new phone early?
Survey section won't load every time and when it does the take survey button only works when it wants. Tried going to settings and finding a way to report it and wouldn't load anything I clicked on. I've had this app since it's release and this is the first issue I've had. Please fix this!!
Loved this app for over a year. But now it's used over 800 MG in 4 days on my phone and over 1000 MG on my husband's. Had a uscellular person at the store look at it but don't know why. Called us cellular customer service and was told they can't do anything about the data usage to just unistall. This app has never used this much data. Have no choice but to unistall.
For 3 months now hasn't worked, hasn't counted swipes, hasn't been giving bill credit, surveys have stopped working, freezing phone up daily. Worked great up till 3 months ago. What happened to a great app, that's now a useless phone freezer and battery killer?
This think is junk. Doesn't work right at all. I have had nothing but problems from it. They are supposed to be helping you save money and it doesn't work.
The surveys dig for more personal and political information than I think is necessary and we often "don't qualify" after we answer a few questions. The last survey I took rejected my answers after about 6 questions. Ironically, all the survey issues appeared after I took the politically based survey.
Now I have to hit the home button to open phone. I liked the swipe better. Otherwise I'm ok with this app. It saves me a few bucks a month. It is also interesting to see how many times you open your phone in a month!
Why is this consistently using over 1GB of my data per month on my Moto X, but on my wife's Note 3 it's using about 300mb a month. Yes, she uses her phone more than me. I've done a factory reset and it's still the same, using just over 1GB per month. Very Frustrating.
It was fine after first installment then I kept getting messages saying that bill reducer had stopped. It went nuts recently became the add came up but it locked my phone! I deleted it and reinstalled it because the savings on the bill is good!
Still no survey. When i get one it doesn't open. I never get any surveys. Location on.I allowed Google ads. But I never had a survey. NOW ot won't open says no sim card
Saving money is great but it's very annoying how ads freeze as they're loading up causing delays in opening your phone. Not able to access quick notifications on email or messages making the ability to see you have either on pop up when screen is off useless.
Bill reducer has stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy. I like app but when it doesn't work I don't save so it's pointless!
Every time I wake my phone its suppose to count how many times I've done it but it hasn't been working. Doesn't show ads when I wake my phone either. Tried uninstalling it to but didn't fix the problem.
Keeps freezing up. Have to uninstall and then reinstall for it to work.
It keeps by passing my security on my Note 7. It works great on my Note 5 and S7 edge but need to work on it for the note 7
Keeps telling me I have to set my settings to something other than none....it has BEEN on something else the whole time....frustrating!
Download the app and after a week you won't even know its there. Easiest five bucks I have ever saved.
Since the update, I get ads 98% of the time now but is not tracking. Great to save...when it works.
Love saving money. Have noticed since newest up date it won't let me swipe the ad to get in which means it's not counting my swipes. But over all good app.
Had for almost a year. Only had surveys to save money the very first month. Not one single survey after that. Supposedly saves me money. $5 a month but costs me 15 a month in all the overage data it uses.
Can't click on ad screen. What's the point?
The purpose of this app for me was to save money, but it is so blotchy it will drive you crazy. Still it serves its may purpose of reducing my bill
I was having issues with the phone freezing. I uninstalled then reinstalled. It seems to be working ok now. I like saving a few bucks every month, so hopefully the issue is fixed now.
I like tht it reduces my bill but it's super annoying if u have a lock on your phone and most of the time I have to wait on it to load before I can open my phone. And like others said it drains my battery even though I have a brand new phone
We have 4 people on our family plan. 3 people have the bill reducer -all 3 are at the data limit the other is low. This is eating all our data.
But it has stoped..and will not swipe any of the adds so i can save money.. they need to fix this.
Why are the surveys saying you don't qualify if you put the right answer. But if you put the wrong answer it let you go to the next question
I click on the survey button but it never shows any surveys. App also makes my phone freeze up.
It really works. I have used this app for 2 months and I have saved 10.00 for each month for two phones.
It used to work, now it locks my phone up and will not swipe to unlock
App not letting me swipe nor is it giving the learn more option on that screen
I thought I would save more $$$ on my bill but all I save is $5? Come on now
The app was okay (would lock up some before)until the latest update, now it will not swipe off the opening screen you have to hit home button on my LG. I have 5 more days to meet my swipe and it stopped counting 200 short. It's killing my battery also, I could go for almost 2 days without a charge now it's dead before the days out. Needs a update asap!
I love this app....the only thing I suggest is working on the surveys I don't have a lot of problems with them saying I have a survey but when I go to click on it I can't take it.
Right now mine isn't working, but it saves us money. ....
I have had no problems whatsoever with this app. Thanks for the opportunity to save a few bucks each months.
I like it when it works!!! It shuts off by itself all the time still and the date is September 6th 2016
Surveys sucks .answer questions it's that easy..bull..answer wrongly kicks you out...so not easy..

The idea is great I love saving money on my bill. Have had some issues a message stating Bill Reducer has stopped working and swipe issues. Also i keep getting the same AD for swimwear. Minor things still a great app just need to iron out the bugs.
