HORRIBLE!
I called and asked for ONE account and two devices and got TWO accounts. You guessed it... double charges and NO help to resolve the problem WORST COMPANY EVER.
Installed on Samsung S4. Crashes every time. Deleted, reinstalled. Still crashes. I have plenty of storage/os space on device too.
Canceled my account without notifying me, and charged me $70 for the unreturned swiper. Also surprise fees if you don't fill out forms correctly.
Worst service they kept charging me every month for the interest when they originally told me they would take it off every transaction at the time of. They never told me about any fees especially not the yearly 99 dollar fee. The percentage rate they told me I'd have was not what I was being charged when I asked the said it was only for debit cards and the reader knew the difference. When I called to close my account they never said anything about having to send in a written notice and kept charging me
I just canceled my account cause they charge 25$ per month as service charge if you don't use this service.

Dont waster your time. Ive had funds held for 3 weeks now and they keep stalling. Worst mobile credit card company ever. I had more orders to swipe (in the thousands) but after this, no way! Do yourself a favor and stay away
I never signed up for there service. But they have been billing ny account 99$ month since Nov.
The card readers are not free, the fees are high, service is terrible. Use Square or PayPal instead.
Do not sign up! They will steal money from your bank account without even asking! FRAUD!!
Use square instead!
The card reader did not work. I see someone calls them a Crook! Yes, they are. They did not record the return of my equipment after it didn't work and had to contact them and their terrible customer service numerous times to get the account closed. then to top it off, on Dec. 22 they deducted $69.97 from my checking account for the equipment I returned last March.. They created a fake looking check with misspelling of my name and the wrong zip code so I thought someone had hacked my checking account and had to close it. Yes, definitely use Square -- never had a problem in 3 years of use. Why I even considered trying uswipe was my mistake. Julie Backus
I just signed up for it 10-21-14 the told me 24-48 hours I should received my order.....still waiting five start when I receive my u swipe and working properly
Inventory does not transfer between devices. If you decide to switch between your phone and your IPad you will have make sure that both are programmed with the same information. If you have a large inventory, this can be quite the hassel to maintain accuracy and be consistent between all devices. There is no way to input a negative item in the inventory. The discount only allows you to enter one discount code and that if you don't want it to apply to every transaction you have activate every time you want to apply in it in settings menu. This should just be something you can apply from the menu without going into settings. The terminal design is user friendly and I like the receipts.
