I use to use this app all the time. Now I can't log in. It tells me user doesn't exist so I tried to create a new account with a different user name and it said card already attached to user. I know, that's me. But I can not log on. Before the update I could log in a view everything. A day after I could still log in but all my recent activity was gone. Now I can't even log in.
Attempted to create a new account. Cannot! The app. does not work! Lists 2 different sets of instructions for creating a password & accepts none of them. Next I went to the website, would not accept the security text. I tried 5 times! I spent an hour trying to set up an online account to no avail! Then I called customer service, tried to speak to a human, I was rerouted twice back to the main menu! Never was able to speak to anyone. I am a Kroger employee. This is a horrible service, a horrible app. Going back to Money Network & one of their cards from now on. Their app. works seemlessly, you can talk to a human when you call too.
I've had my card and this app for over a year and now all of a sudden I'm being told my pin is invalid...same pin for over a year. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and I continue to have issues with it. Not understanding why these updates are happening if they're not fixing anything all they're doing is making more problems.
I'm getting very annoyed that I can't see any of my recent transactions. The app is only providing me from 2 months ago. Not helping me current. Fix this problem please.
This app is the reason I'm switching to an actual bank account. Cuz it sucks and so does the service. Always down. App constantly has to be Uninstalled and reinstalled and reupdated just to work again. Terrible!
Use to be good, but now history shows multiple entries for each transaction and now recently history doesn't start with most recent. Really inconvenient... Also, now have to enter my son's info every time to transfer money, versus saving the info like it use to.
Ok, last week it was no current account history, now all I get is log in failed. I have tried every which way from sunday to log in with zero success. The app was great, now issue after issue.
It took over 30 minutes to login! I gave up and went to the website and that was just as bad. This app needs MAJOR improvements. Take a look at the Money Network app. Very user friendly.
For the past week when i try to view transaction all i get is refresh at top then says loading when you click refresh. Activity never comes up. I had no problems with app before that time. I sent an email to the developer address listed with no results. Needs fixed asap.
Great for checking my balance on the go. However, seems to be a glitch over last month. It no longer is showing where I made purchases. Other than that a fantastic app.
Stinks, I'm not that old but inputting my dob took forever going month by month.... this app is clunky and slow
The new update on this app has some bugs when it tells you you need to set up a new log in information then won't let you create one saying you already have an account. ( If you have an account set up online already then use the same login information. Here's what I ended up having to do. You can type in your pass word but it won't let you type in your username but you can copy and paste it in and make sure you check the remember me box first. Then it will ask you to agree to the terms ounce you check the box it will ask you to type in your password again it will then ask you if you want to set up a pin code for easier access to your account if you choose to then follow the directions for set up then it will open up your account.) The app works as expected it's the logging into the app and the set up part that's been the problems otherwise I would have given it more
APP REALLY SUCKS AGAIN. I can't get my history. Also, when new card number was sent it would not bring over my old card history (it did bring balance). I could not sign into my account old account, it made me create a new account. I see many other people are experiencing the same problems. FIX IT!
It was working great, until y'all changed something and now it only shows my history from February back. I can't see anything recent.
Can't set up account, this is not worth the effort, the card is awful takes your rewards points, coupons, changes your card number and your alternate I'd for Kroger, awful, headache, mess , the worst
Don't know what to think of the app. Followed instructions and got user already exists. But I have no login info nor have I ever.
It's really annoying that the app doesn't show recent transactions. That's the whole point why I have the app
When I try to check my balance and transactions, my balance is correct but my history is from February and I can't get it to update.
I think this company is sketchy as hell. I've used services like this and never had to fax over my identity. Not only that the app said I was all ready a member when I just bought the temp card the night before? I just got bad vibes I will stick to greendot

Password doesn't match over and over again. That's after I typed it in 50 times. This app is a waste of time. Please fix this problem. Thanks.
Update of purchases have stopped at February - no update since Feb 17, 2017and it is May 17,2017
Broken. Says "user already exists" when I try to create an account and "user not found" when I put in the same name to log in...
It use to work well, however I'm unable to see my transactions as of today.
Horriable. Cant set up new user account. 45 mins of my life wasted. Uninstalling
Can't get history on app anymore it gives me history 3 months ago it use to work good don't know what happen even uninstalled it still didn't work
The app only shows transactions from 3 to 4 months ago.
The history is always way behind. Frustrating most days.

The transaction history is from February. Not useful for anything other than checking balance.
No human based customer service. Phone number on card does not have an option to speak to a customer service representative.

I used to LOVE the convenience of this app now no matter what I do I can NOT log in!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. Even changed username and that did nothing. Very disappointed in your lack of concern in this matter seeing as several other PAYING customers have also expressed their frustration with this to no avail! Why should we pay a monthly fee when we cant use a main part of the service?! It's like buying a car at cost and only being allowed to take the tires home!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this app. It functions as designed except for a bug with the initial log-in. Install, bypass the first login, choose login as new user, then choose already have an account at the bottom of the screen. It would be ridiculous for you to go through the process creating a new account if you already have one. After that, works wonderfully. Quick access to your balance, to load or send $$. Choose to log in with a pin or to auto log in if you have your
