Work great at first. Basic info. Now history shows Jan/ Feb history. Won't change current. Believe they did updates to it and screwed everything up! Deleted!!!

Horrible company stold all my money and wont do anything about fixing thr mistake. I'm sueing

The app won't launch no matter what I do! Very frustrating! Sent reports, nothing done.

Won't open

When I had it before, it worked fine, but something got updated and now I have to set up a new user name and password EVERY TIME. I finally called customer service last night to try to find out why and he helped me through seeing up a new account online, but it won't accept my info online now, and it CERTAINLY won't work on the app. I set up text alerts so I could at least try to keep up on my balance because calling always goes me an inaccurate balance,but I'd like top be able to use the app once in a while, too. Please fix this bs.

For some reason I was forced to upgrade the app it keeps saying user does not exist when I try to create new user it says user already exists!!

The app said I had to switch to the "updated version" .....what a mess! App doesn't work, won't recognize any of the information I put in, won't let me reset my password....COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! These glitches need to be fixed ASAP. Can't get into my account online at all. If I could give negative stars I would. Not even deserving of 1 star.

The app totally Sucks. Wiped out all my old user information had to put in all the information again and it doesn't work like the old one did.I spent 3 hours trying to put my stuff back into it and is still don't work were the c*** .Start over again do it like the old one was.

This app seriously needs to be updated again because it only shows me my transactions from February, its freaking may! so whats the point of even having this app if you can't even view your most recent transactions!

No matter what I tried as I tried to set up the app, it said passwords don't match. What a P.o.s app. You guys should really fix this. Installed and deleted in 10 minutes.

Fred Meyers reload card is the best! I use this card to pay my bills do a little online shopping and it's only $3. To load and NO! little hidden fees or scams. I love the Freddy's Card 5*

What did you guys do to this site, you can not log in or install your info. I had this app once and it worked, now since the update, it sucks! Please try again Fred Meyers.

I had made a review and I was very upset because someone had skimmed off my card and I had just downloaded this app so it made me think that the people who created this app may have had something to do with it but I have to set the record straight because even though I lost my money to some jerk that skimmed off my card Fred Meyer made sure I got my money back today so I'm grateful and I apologize for any negative remarks I've made.
