I like the App. But something needs to be done about the tone, that reminds us to take our medications. For some reason u can't pick what you want, or turn up the volume. I have missed taking my medications on time 29 times this month and just started using this app 2 weeks ago. Can someone please figure something out or I will have to delete the app. Thanks.

Before the update, it used to let me know in "Recent Activity" if a prescription was being delayed or too soon to be refilled. I had an order to be picked up today at 2pm and I never received a text or message on the app that there would be a delay. My husband waits in line, only to find out it will be ready for pick up TOMORROW because it was "too soon to be refilled" today. I would have appreciated knowing that BEFORE I sent him to go pick it up an hour and a half after it was already supposed to be ready.

Mobile online works better than this 1. Keeps asking me to sign in to look at certain things, ex. orders, and just says "Start using your new account". It's not new and why aren't you showing me anything! 2. Won't let me remove or save items for later in my cart 3. No landscape view? Seriously? Advice: use the mobile internet version. The apps good for clipping coupons and looking at how many points you've got, but that's about it (phone: LGV10)

I don't like the new update.. Its good but not for refilling scripts that have no refills left.. It use to go threw and say they would contact my doctor for refills but now it makes you call which is why I got this app so I didn't have to call. I am sure more calls also affect the time they are able to help others and refill things as it is already a decent wait due to them being so busy

I really only use the app for prescriptions, and it's not always reliable. It’s easier than phoning in my refills, but often I get "Try again later". That doesn't happen when I phone in, so why does it have to happen when I use the app? If I try to send an email, Gmail doesn't tell me it can't connect, try again later. It holds the email until it can connect, then automatically sends it. Why can't the Walgreens app do something similar?

Every time I get into the app I have to log in again and verify my identity and now its gotten to the point where it buffers on the 'verify identity ' page and wont even load anything or log me in. Why? What is the point of that? When I first downloaded it, it worked just fine. Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this? Its very irritating. So until then I give it a 2 star. Pitiful.

It is pretty good. I seem to have to resubmit my prescriptions almost every time because for some reason they all do not take the first time. This happens to me EVERY time. I'm sick so it's quite a challenge to do it over & over again. I have to stay on top of this app or it will not do what I NEED it to do for me. With ZERO energy, it's quite a task. HOWEVER, very grateful that I don't have to call in every Rx every month. Thanks Walgreens!!

Update 05/2017: Much,much better. App is always up to date, and History tracking is almost 100%. Updates are constant, and constant. UI navigation is easy, and Refill and Status pages are complete and intuitive. Very good app upgrades, very happy. Original 2016: One of the mor difficult apps in my experience. Always lags n never up 2 date.

Now that I've had a chance to play with it, I think it's great. At this stage, I have no idea what could be improved on... Ah, I lied... For those of us that are "sound impaired" rather than flat out deaf, maybe a control to change and announce the *snicker* notification that y'all have in the app?? If there's one in here, tell me where to find it please? Thanks

App does not work. Will not let me do anything with my prescriptions. Keeps asking me to Register. I've used the app for over 6 months and no problems. Overall it's a piece of junk software that is not user friendly AND very buggy. Ready to transfer to CVS or back to Kroger where their app works just fine. Quality over garbage. It's my health. This isn't a game Walgreens.

The app is always making you sign in. You log in. You click balance rewards for healthy rewards and logim again. You trt to input something.. login again. I downloaded the app to watch my steps that they suggested and it doesn't even track it. It still has too many bugs. Disappointing!

I love all the different options for earning points, like the healthy activities. And there are a lot of great coupons that aren't found in the circular. But it has the circular coupons too. My biggest problem with the app is how it keeps asking me to sign in over and over again for the Balance Rewards. I wish it would remember my password. I often have to enter it a few minutes apart.

This App is awful. Every single time I place an order through the App for prescriptions, I arrive at Walgreens and they do not have any record of my order. Despite my confirmation email. Don't waste your time with this. My complaint list about this App could be a mile long!

The app is improved and works great, BUT PLEASE ADD AN OPTION IN THE PILL REMINDER TO ADD A CHOICE OF AN ALARM. Right now the notification is the same as all others on my phone. For me, it does no good to have a notification that blends in with all the others. The Pill Reminder is missed. PLEASE ADD AN ALARM OPTION. Thank you.

I liked the earlier version's shopping list better than this one. The other version allowed you to pick things from the sale paper or type it in for things that weren't on sale. This one just circles it on the paper. If that was still on the app I would've given this 5 stars because it is a great app!

HATE, HATE, HATE THE UPDATE! It automatically selects prescriptions IT thinks are due for a refill, even when I'm not ready for them! Have to go through an extra step to deselect all the others I don't want. Please GET RID of this truly AWFUL feature!!!

This is my second review, it wouldn't let me re-set my Stars the way I wanted. The pill reminder is strange, Especially when you have to take more then 2 or 3 different meds at different times. I'm sure there is a better way to format this App. So, get in there guys and figure out a better way. O. K. ??!! Now 5 -19-17 and Have found it Very Good. Have a problem now & then when I put on snooze time. It still only registers the original time & not the snooze time that you take It. LIKe snooze 1 hr.from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. still says you took at 10:30 a.m. has to be a way to register the real time you take it. Right ? Can this be corrected ???

I really like the pill reminder, especially since I have issues with my memory, due to a brain aneurysm bursting. This recent update put back the ability to input the "actually" time that medicine taken, which is awesome for keeping precise medical records!

I rarely use websites and there are some things you cannot do on the app. Like add family members. And there website is NOT user friendly. I also have a serious issue with them forcing you to choose a different password because it's a common word. If it's just a random word (you know one you can remember) it's MY account it should be MY choice.

I really liked this app for managing my prescriptions, but I haven't been able to log in for about a year. Every month or so I try again, and it always fails. No error messages, just asks for the login again. Still useful for refilling prescriptions by scan.

I had to change pharmacies due to insurance & not only is my new one more convenient with a drive through, but this app is sooo much better. Ready to use, instinctive UI, reminders, refill lists for all family members. I can't speak highly enough about the Walgreens app.

This app sucks. There are too many screens to go through to get to prescriptions. I hate it. Everytime there is an update i lose my name and password. It is easier now to call for refills. This app is really messed up now

This was my favorite app for printing pictures, but they've recently took off the option to edit the pictures first!!! I really enjoyed not having to sit in the store for hours trying to edit them before printing :( wish they would add the option back on there!!

This app continues to evolve and change, bringing new features and improved function with each change. The features are numerous and provide easy management of your medication, vaccinations, and health concerns. Using the app, you can order products from the various departments and pick up in-store or have products shipped to you.

It's great because it's easy to use and never any mix ups in medications, the scan for refill option I great I u don't already have your medicine on auto-refill. Would definitely recommend this app to all my family and friends

Liked the app a lot until tonight. It's been having issues with the Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices feature, giving error messages when trying to access my data. I updated the app a little while ago, AND NOW THE 400+ POINTS I HAD ALREADY EARNED ARE GONE!!! All that effort spent on using this feature EVERY DAY for NOTHING!

The new app is great for photo except when you need to crop one. When you make the crop, it looks as though it's working properly but doesnt make the change. Hope I don't get charged for badly cropped pictures.

Love the ease of this app. I live out in the country and hate making phone calls. This app allows me to do everything from the comfort of my home. I don't have to worry about store hours, except when deciding what time to pick my scripts up. Sweet app.

For some reason, the app is unreliable between clipping the coupons at home and using them in the store. Sometimes the app won't load at the register,which defeats the purpose. Otherwise, I like it a lot.

It just updated and now you can't get into Auto Refills? I want to see it look and interact like the Full website when you log in on a mobile phone. Everytime it updates it's a gamble whether it NOT it will work! I HATE IT NOW! Everytime you update it's like the developer doesn't have a clue how customers with lots of meds need to see everything!CAN YOU FIX THIS ASAP? The App crashes when Walgreens Intranet is busy and overloaded. You need more Data Server's to help with this problem too. I do love keeping track of my Prescriptions. However you can hardly ever get into the App while you're in the Pharmacy at Walgreens.

I WAS surprised when my 9.99 dog treat went to over 10.,. what got me was when it was promptly advertised as a sale item for 9.99. It's not the cost, it ends up the same. It's the insult to my intelligence, I spoke with and complimented the item to the manager the week the price was increased...

Before the update I loved this app. I used it to add coupons to my loyalty card, to keep track of medications, and to log my bp and blood sugar. Plus with the healthy rewards I linked it to my Fitbit and earned points for walking. Some of the features still work, but it's currently useless for logging bp & blood sugar. Over half the time I get an error telling me that service isn't available, then I have to go to the web to enter my info. I don't want to do that so I use different apps now for tracking those things.

I have been using this app for years now and it is come in so handy. Every once in awhile I will have to call the pharmacy to clear something up but it is usually due to something irregular with my prescriptions or what not and not the actual app itself. But the app is great and they keep it updated and you can also go online and everything is the same.

Works great. Never have to worry about calling and punching in numbers. Or hearing press one, press two, press three and so on. Even tells me when it will be ready. I have been using it for 3 years now without problems

It'd been working great for months until a couple of updates ago. Now my refill order don't take and I end up having to call in. It defeats part of the purpose of the app.

It worked great for the first few times i used it. The second time i had to sign in, it doesn't recognize my password anymore. I have changed password twice now and still cannot get in.

Latest update sucks. Keeps wanting more information. Also keeps getting stuck in loops. Where is my simple app ? God forbid they expect my grandma to use it.

Such a fast and amazing time-saver for prescription refills and tracking the history of meds. App texts/emails when order is ready and the price owed. Absolutely vital app; you will not regret downloading it.

Every other day I can't access my points history or what I've got left. Idk.... It's just not good since the update. It's annoying if I want to buy online since the items are better there, and I can't use points or what have you.

Developer seems to ignore developer console crash reports. The coupons, mid-animation, have been crashing 100% of the time for months now. Submitted at least 50 crash reports, many consecutively as many as 5-10 in a row just to make sure they are seen, and it seems they are flat out ignored. What's the point of having the tools if you don't use them? If it wouldn't hurt the store, I'd give Walgreens all 1s on your receipt surveys until you decide to care about your app and how it works, and listen to feedback and fix problems. And the pill reminder, is what some might be considered something that needs to be RELIABLE, so you know, you don't DIE. Well, any time the app is updated, the pill reminder stops working until you open the app, go through the tutorial screens for the newest update, and then actually open the pill reminder for the first time. Only THEN, will it begin reminding again after being updated. If you can't make the pill reminder functional without this, then provide a user notification telling them to relaunch the app and pill reminder or it won't notify you until next time you do. So an unreliable pill reminder and crashing coupon system are just the symptoms of the problem: terrible support behind the app.
