Avios for Android

Wanted to maximise on Avios points, but the e-store is so painfully slow that I gave up after one transaction. Terrible! And FYI the JustEat estore just re-roots itself.

Still unable to make purchases with just eat despite reporting the issue months ago.

So bad just uninstall it I agree with previous comments if I ran my business like this I would give myself the sack

Who ever is responsible for producing this c**p should be fired immediately. I have experienced application development for 50 years and this has to be the worst I have seen for a very long time. A disappointed Avios collector.

Quite simply the worst app I've ever downloaded. You cannot load any of the offers, painfully slow, error messages every 30 secs. Utter waste of time.

If it worked, it would be great. But it doesn't, so it isn't. Needs fixing urgently as the e store crashes invariably and the app is deadly slow.

Worst app I have downloaded, won't load any flight details, keeps going back to main menu on its own, what's the point of a app nobody can use. Sack the designer

Doesn't allow you to book flights - continually returns an error message. Search mechanism is quite chunky and long-winded. Very poor app in this day and age.

Rubbish. App rarely loads and cant click onto any of the offers or partners to claim the rewards points etc whats the point

Crashes all the time you never no if your order went through.

This app is really really bad. Why waste your time to create this app so others can waste their time?

App opens but can't access flight or hotel bookings. Tried on 2 devices

App works well. Can see all flight searches and offers etc. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about.

Very very slow, very frustrating App, appears to crash consistently and only managed to buy one thing through it, even that appeared to crash, so went and repeated the purchase, same thing... Then I get a text from my bank asking to confirm the two transactions!!! ... and points haven't appeared yet. No email confirmation and a big one, no PayPal service!!! PayPal is super important to me when buying online! I feel like these are simple things in this day and age of apps. Any chance of sitting this?

Conceptually, shopping with this app should allow Avios points to be collected at participating partners. This is a great idea but my experience is of an app that regularly fails to load participating retailers' online shops and when it does it will crash or redirect me when trying to checkout. This has made it impossible for me to use it to collect Avios whilst shopping and is this not fit for purpose. To make matters worse the reviews clearly hilight user frustration which it appears Avios is totally ignoring. These issues need to be considered and resolved by Avios so the app is fit for purpose. Currently it is a very poor user experience.

I see other people cannot book flights... I've also been trying for the last couple of weeks both on the app and on the web. Yet I was told when I contacted support that no one else had reported that issue.... Liars.

Tried to register. Terrible experience! First of all, a simple thing like inputting my DOB, no feature to type it in, I have to click through years and years and years through a calendar GUI, then when I enter place of birth it blocks me and says I must enter it.

I have been trying to book flights for the past 3 weeks and all you get is a notification that the Avios page can not be found.

This app has had login issues for an eternity. Whoever is the CTO for Avios needs the sack. For goodness sake sort it out. We are talking months that this inexcusable issue has been going on. If you can't even work a login you have nearly no chance of sorting anything else. How do I vote minus stars for this rubbish? (Two years later and after the failure of the BA app tried again... Still rubbish)

Would give 0 stars if I could... useless, main function of being able to book flights DOES NOT WORK!!!

Clicked on app and all I get is a white blank screen
