I cant tell what it does, everything is in broken english. Using the default presets do help battery life, so I cant fault it for not working.

Try it. I think most people just want minimal battery drain when not using their phone. Internet based widgets are compromised obviously, but few apps reduce you to minimal battery drain when in stand by. Recommended......
