APpal is completely proactive – meaning it doesn't require you to have to remember to initiate any activity or task. It's designed to help you quickly and easily do the things that are proven to improve asthma and allergy control. You can be confident the coaching and info is vetted by Allergy Partners and every aspect of the app is consistent with their most current and up to date expert treatment plans. Because every person is unique, your experience will be continuously personalized. The high degree of personalization ensures that the program is delivering to you relevant and useful evidence-based info and coaching. Most people will interact with APpal 2 or 3 times per week. It might be a little less if you’re doing well or more if you need additional support. And, of course, it's available 24x7 to research a question or communicate securely with your doctor. You can also use it to set up med reminders and keep a journal of how you're doing.

Ask me for a rating in any way, you get 1 star until you stop. Only prompts you to log in, no prompts for forgotten passwords or username. No real instructions at all. Also no way for you to back out of the login page without hitting the home button or forcing the app to close. Asks you for your doctor's name and other information that it should already have. App closed with no prompt when pressing back. 5 updates in 24 hours?

If your allergist is already a part of the system and you enroll, this app will link you directly into this system. Couldn't be easier. Once you begin to respond to the proactive alerts the computer program at urx analyzes your input and then begins to coach you and provides both personalized and relevant information.

Used my log in information I have for the website. Logged in with no issues and setup the coaching section with information I knew. Looks like the app will be a useful supplement to the office. Look forward to continuing to use it.

Still can't log in to the app even after the update. When I input my login info and click sign in I get a message that says bad password or username pop up. I can't legitimately leave a good review because I am not able to use the app.
