The most dysfunctional app I have ever come across. Unbelievable!!! 55mb too. Considering that Garuda is supposed to be the best airline. Terrible lag and constant error

Selalu error mencari penerbangan ketika ingin reservasi flight, lewat mobile app dan lewat website juga sama saja tidak bisa mencari penerbangan dan reservasi flight. Tolong perbaiki sistemnya. Rating penerbangan bintang 5, tetapi pelayanan dalam reservasi onlinenya (web dan mobile app) tidak ada yang berfungsi.

Finally something working. I haven't checked all the features to point out bugs but so far so good. And great UI too.

no response after pricelist, makes me uninstall directly!! annoyed..better use other application..

It doesn't run on Samsung Galaxy S6 edge running Android 7.0 Naugat version. After install, tap app to run, a language option come up, when click Lanjutkan, it closes.

Ver. 4.0.9 on SM-G530H, Android 4.4.4: Much better and easier. Thx.

Respon lama dan kadang error pada saat mencari penerbangan

Terlalu lama loading dan sangat lemot untuk respons (saat mengetik data diri), sering not responding, masih lebih baik menggunakan browser daripada application

Looks like the app has improved nicely since I last reviewed the app. It's now working better and easier to use. Just a few thing to note: every so often, I got error messages in relation to geocoding, which I find disturbing. Also, after checking in, I wanted to have the boarding pass sent to my email, but none turns up. A few more debugging may be necessary.

Always crash. Whenever try to book a flight, especially international route, this app always lag and then crash. I suggest users to use the web version. Please concern about Reliability of the app FIRST, then followed by thr apps UX!

Kirain aku doang yang gak bisa buka aplikasi ini. Baru juga install, udah blank aja. Ternyata abis baca komen di bawah, rame yang ngalamin hal yang sama. Untuk maskapai sebesar Garuda, masa gak ada tim IT yang capable untuk ngurus hal beginian. Very very disappointed.

After installed this new update, is a mesh. Stuck at all white screen. Can't do anything. Come on garuda, show us your 5 star skytrax rating!!!

New interface, more complicated then before. The newest update i cant buy a ticket, automatically close the app. Not recommended apps

Just show airplanes wing and then app stuck in white screen. Plz fix it. The old one is more better than this

Bahkan lebih jelek dari versi sebelumnya. Ga bisa send e-ticket, ga bisa pilih kursi, ga bisa pilih makanan, geo location error, useless deh..bagus tampilan doang..

Coba hired orang IT yang oke... comment bahwa aplikasi ini ga bs bnk hal sdh lama tp per skrg sy comment jg msh sama sistem slow n gagal eksekusi hanya u book fligt dikondisi jaringan High sekalipun... Flight bintang 5 ga boleh slow respond ayo segera perbaiki.. .. Kita cinta garuda kok...

Confusing UI, can't claim missing miles since I registered my account just now yet my last flight 2 months ago, contradictive with 6months missing miles claim policy, found this issue when checking via web though, since already frustrated using this app, no error message, continue button keep disabled. Ticket number field is also confusing, keep asking 13 digits ticket number, ticket number was 15digits on print. Not friendly at all for novice user. Register UI is also confusing, managed to register yet the message was 'e-mail has been used' which confused me whether I had registered my account before or I just successfully registered my account.

1. Pada bagian Your Miles tidak update/bertambah sama sekali walaupun setelah kita melakukan trip, kecuali dengan cara log out terlebih dahulu dan log in kembali. Mohon diperbaiki. 2. Keterangan tentang jumlah miles yg akan kadaluwarsa/hangus belum per bulan seperti di situs asli, tp masih jumlah total. Jadi klo kita tidak rajin cek di situs asli bisa tidak menyadari klo bulan ini ada miles kita yg akan hangus. Mohon ditambahkan. 3. Pada bagian Claim Miles sepertinya ada error di tanggal keberangkatan, selalu mundur 1 hari dari tanggal yg kita input. Misal saya hendak klaim miles yg blum tercatat di tgl 24, stlah kita ajukan form claim miles tertulis menjadi tgl 23. Tentunya akan ditolak oleh sistem klaim kita tersebut krn salah tgl keberangkatan. Mohon diperbaiki Terima kasih

Setelah direpotkan oleh gff point slama 2016, skr direpotkan oleh aplikasi yg useless... Sama skali ga bisa diakses sejak diupdate... Benar2 bintang 5 dalam merepotkan costumer

I like the old version better. I dont like seeing too many pictures/images when trying to book a flight/checking in.. Especially the face of a smiling flight attendant. Keep it simple and fast

Aplikasi Freeze dgn latar putih...tdk ada respon dan tanggapan..tidak ada perbaikan dan improvisasi..sudah selayaknya Play Store atau Google remove aplikasi ini

With the latest upgrade, it has nice new user interface BUT the 'book flight' option become useless. It never went anywhere everytime I press 'book flight. Pls fix it.

my next trip always disappeared I had to add manually again, and check in menu always went to blank white page

Crashes. Hangs. Sends random error messages. Looks good but otherwise totally useless.
