Urgent.ly Provider

Have missed more jobs than I've received thanks to the super short acceptance time. If you are driving or have gloves on doing a job already, by the time you can grab your phone, wake it up and open the app someone else has accepted it. When you do get a job someone is calling for an eta before you even know where your going. Having customers info on the call would be handy too. It's a little awkward having to ask the customer their name when you call or arrive at the address.

Never works. Partner has it on iPhone and works just fine. Android doesn't notify of calls or pop up with anything. They call and tell me there's something in the area

Works pretty well, I wish it worked with Android auto so I can use it in my truck better

This app keeps logging me off when i get a call notification. I'm losing good money.

App never notified me of a service call. Get called on the phone instead. Doesn't update my location unless I log off then back on. Near worthless app.

Great App, as always. More call volume would be nice. Keep up the good work.

This app interferes with my Bluetooth and turns it off. This needs to be fixed immediately !

Old one worked great. Upgraded version is terrible

Don't waste your time!!! We have been signed on as a service provider with Urgent.ly for several years now. The app always has glitches and we have received less than one call per year.

Too many glitches, stop trying to reinvent the wheel.

Soon as up upgrades have started app sucks

The old app sound of an alarm so you didn't miss jobs. This one doesn't don't this. So I have been missing jobs. I know they will correct soon.

It does not work at all can't look for address or click on anything now I loose job because it tell me ACQUIRING YOUR STATUS this update may look cool and new but it has a lot of problems

I found out from the service provider that it doesn't work for prepaid phones you need Verizon or Sprint also this is a service provider app not for customers

Doesn't work. Keep missing calls because of unresponsive app buttons.

In the beginning it was hard to figure out but it works extremely well, and by the way the buttons are not buttons they slide left and right

I have lost 2 jobs since December as the upgraded app does not even notify me like the old one did. I always get a text after it is too late. The old app worked and two times I received a call for service from a dispatcher. This app though is junk. Have not been able to get a job since upgrade period.

I've only had one job since I joined this club in Mar/Apr. They pay out OK, but the app uses a ridiculous amount of battery. I use the international model moto E dual-sim device and the battery tracker says urgently uses 25% despite me never using it. My SCREEN uses 14% percent. There are similar apps from other clubs that work MUCH better. You need to hire some other developers to improve this.

Provider app does not offer calls for Jelly Bean. Needs KitKat or Lollipop. Have not tried Marshmallow. Need to upgrade the wife's phone so she can use it too.

Have left messages. These people don't call the service providers back. This isn't going to get very far if they act like any other motor club.Just tried to accept a job 3x in a row....keeps just repeating itself.

I really like doing gigs for them, the customer is always there and right where directions said they were. Customer service top notch. Payouts are complete within 48 hrs. I have completed 7 gigs with them since May 2016

Does not recognize my company phone # and wont let me do anything else. Please fix it.

Won't allow me to log on!

Have called the customer support phone line to correct email, and haven't had a returned call nor do the answer the phone, it just go to voicemail. Excellent customer service is the key to a successful company...

I have a Samsung note 3 and in order to have the app running I have keep the app open. Unable to use other apps due to it will close the app. We need to have this app enabled for background processing. As of that seems like a great setup to have. Haven't had any calls from it yet. Since I've been unable to keep the app open. Hope this issue get fixed.

Works seamlessly. The accident detection feature is a very useful feature (great accuracy) and this app definitely won't kill your battery. Never faced any issues with the app.

This is app is for roadside service providers. Not for customers. This is a great opportunity to make a living if you love helping people.

I downloaded the it looks good but for some reason it killing my battery. I have to close the app but it still runs on background had to uninstall it.
