VisionMail Visual Voicemail

I've tried to update my account using....update acct...after you waste 10 minutes typing everything and hit "ok".....it does nothing..I've used several different cards.......it just sits there frozen....prob open for who knows who cyber attacks trying to gain my acct numbers....I emailed customer service...they said to call in so I did.....suprise surprise...they are closed.....Outrageous

Unanswered calls were all sent to non-working number. I never once received transcripts & my unanswered callers never got chance to leave a message. Even if number to change back is on agreement, there should be a way to change inside app.1st tho if they change your voicemail # it should be to a working# or what's the use of it. Definitely Uninstalling as soon as I finish this feedback. hope they don't charge. In fact they should pay me because I missed important calls. Until they fix this do not download

Lots of features that will let me customize for my family and friends. The transcription is better then most that I have seen.

I couldn't get the option to cancel the app.

Voice transcript is not accurate

I downloaded this app and besides it being horrible it totally took over my phones voicemail now I cant get into it. Gonna have my vmail reset.

Wow! This app is great! Very cool. I've tried several visual voicemail solutions but truly appreciate how VisionMail allows me to forward calls (their Find Me/Follow Me) feature. I really like having a transcribed copy of my voice messages available at all times. I've actually suggested to my callers that they leave a very detailed voice message because I will keep the transcribed message for future reference. I also like how I can set up Groups and how I can share certain messages with certain people. Neat features. I would definitely recommend VisionMail.

Love that I can set different greetings for groups of friends family or work. Transcription is above average. And to read voicemail without dialing in is fantastic! Also like that I can hear the voicemail without dialing a number and that it emails me a copy.

Trial period app. Even after uninstalling this app, the calls are still forwarded to their service. You have to change this in your carrier service app settings and manually turn off the call forwarding.

It doesn't transcribe well. It has a charge anyway... I tried to delete it and I can't get my regular voice mail back. Not receiving any of my voicemail now!!!! WTF??? Do not even waste your time with this app!!!!

VisionMail is supposed to text your voicemail messages for free, but it isn't. It's a 10 day trial. You don't figure this out till after you have authorized them to activate your phone number and voicemail to them. Now they locked my voicemail to their company and am having a very difficult time figuring out how to unlock it so I can activate another similar app program. I would not recommend this app to anybody.

I liked this app and planned to upgrade and pay the 3.99/ month for it but it would reroute to a unavailable Web page when I tried. Lost several messages from customers trying...I'll keep looking

I tried to remove this app from my phone and reinstall my regular voice mail but I I'm unable to do it. So now when I get calls people still hear the vision mail message but I'm unable to receive the message. Have to wait all weekend until the company opens to get help....

The charge you personally 3.99 a month.. If you don't say anything they keep on charging you even after my credit card that was stolen was used DON'T WANT THE SERVICE BUT THREATENING TO GO TO COLLECT ON THIS MATTER WHICH I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR PEOPLE STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! :(

This reroutes your voicemail even after its uninstalled. I got several voicemails and after uninstalling the app it doesn't even tell me if I have any voicemails. There is no description of how to get it back to normal. The developers mention a code but give you no info on where to find it or how to use it

I had this appreciate before and it worked fine. I just downloaded it, tried to set it up, and I get am error message saying the Service is unavailable right now. Not a good start! Uninstall.

It messed up my voicemail. Now people cant leave msgs at all. Dont install you will regret it! Im so mad.smh pathetic app

You guy's leaving one star and complaining like pukes need to stop downloading apps that are over your heads! This app delivers everything is says it will do. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND DESCRIPTION! Better yet get an iPhone.

I have always hated listening /having voice mail. This is such a great solution that allows me to read and/or listen on the fly, without calling into vmail. A STEAL FOR $4/Mth!!

For days now I have not been able to access service because the call to Verizon won't go through. Now what?

Call code does not work on my Boost Mobile Phone Service. Disappointed, as I run and use Business Call services just fine from same developer. Boost still utilizes Nextel cell towers. Re notification please if compatibility issues are worked out. SAMSUNG S2

Can't live without. If your a busy business person & in meetings, or dealing with deadlines or people that just want to hear themselves talk or take up all of your time... This is the app for you!!! Wish you would bring back the organizing folders. Save, delete, & archive. Very helpful.

I like the app but what I can't get to work is listen to the mail through my bluetooth.. I don't want it coming out the speaker phone. Is there any options to change it to bluetooth?

I like reading my messages. Good value compared to others. Boss doesn't like if I'm on on the cell now I punt calls and read the msg. Transcrip is decent, would like to listen sometimes thru earpiece rather than speaker.
