BusinessCall Texting & Calling for Android
I am not sure what's happening whenever Tech tells you to redownload, it loads all of the calls and texts ever made into the phone and you have to delete them one by one. Also it takes a long time lately for texts to Go through. It doesn't alert you either when you have messages, voice or text, unless the ap is running. My phone also does not ring unless the ap is running. Help!!
I like this app and a lot of the features it offers but I rarely get my notifications whether it be text or voice-mail and sometimes even calls. I have called on occasion and they told me to reinstall but it happens frequently.
Paid service - Missing call, text messages, losing voicemail greetings and options - location/hours of operations etc... are lost when recorded after several days. No greetings - I must check or re-record almost bi- weekly greetings. Advised by CS to uninstall and try again. As a business call app. It should insure you don't lose business calls.
My phone book is giving all my clients the same name. I don't know how to greet my clients by name now because they all have the same name according to this app. This is something that needs attention for the next upgrade. It is important to know client names.

Wow, I called and they are frikken rude! I been using their service for about a year now and to receive that kind of customer service turn everything around. Will be canceling service soon. Apparently if you cancel your subscription it automatically shut off your service even if you paid for that month. Not knowing this I cancel my subscription for the next month since my payment this month went through already. It shut down my service and I had to sign back up and being charge again. Looking 2 B credit bk.
Does not separate calls from personal phone & business. Does not ring the option I chose. Please fix and I'll rate 5 stars

App was pretty good now it is terrible. I have 2 businesses and callers are sent to wrong vm or i answer w wrong biz name (comes across as reg call not bizcall). Killing me!!! Customer SVC replied immediately (y 2 stars instead of 1) and I chgd to "accept calls" but not only do I have to press 1 to accept the call BUT I get a VM on my reg VM saying "youve been connected" That's a pain plus did not fix issue. :-( must look for new app.
Love the app and the customer service. Both my business partner and I are using it and it's great to connect with clients with your business number. I also love that it uses your phone connection not data, better quality calls and effective call waiting, other data based services immediately knock your call out if you get a call on your cell. I wish it had these two features to get 5 stars: 1)The ability to control what happens if a caller does not take action on any of the prompts offered. Currently that automatically goes to your cell phone. I'd like to be able to send that to voicemail or transfer to a different number. 2) The second thing is auto reply on the texting side. Once I'm done for the day and clients get the night greeting I'd like to do the same with text so they know when to expect a return text, etc. Now they might think I'm just too busy to reply. Other than that great job!!

I love this app and has been working great for my business but lately I have missed some costly texts through the app. It used to notify me of a text but it doesn't anymore? I dont know I got a text unless I open the app and look through recent activity. I keep checking back in case there is an update but there isn't. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
When I go to record my Messages for all of my extensions, when my valuable customers and/or callers call my business phone number, they are unable to hear my recorded messages, THAT IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE HANDLED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! Thank You
While perfect to screen prospective tenants, all the numbers go into the customer list. I do wish i could batch delete large amount of customers at once or pick the ones that make the customer list manually. I use the app screen often and would like larger buttons. Is there a way to make the app become the main user of the wifi or cell line when app is open to expedite texts as some have trouble or dont get sent and my guess is the phone could be giving the app a low priority of transmit use. Louder please
Messaging is horrible! Do not use as a business line. Notifications are also hit or miss. I stopped using it entirely after a few months. It is too unreliable. Lost income was worth more than an actual second line so I just bought a prepaid phone and used that instead.
When I setup service, they were short and rude. Thought when I called to Port in it would be different, but still rude. Now that I chose to switch service, short and rude again. I might have stayed if I didn't feel poorly about the people who were getting paid for this service.
Tried using this for my business but all of my incoming calls get rejected and sent to voicemail...it has never worked for me.

After hours call handling doesnt work ANYMORE. It used to dial my mobile number if a customer called after hours...now it just tells them im closed, whether the feature is on or not. Text messages line up backwards with newest messages on the bottom. Also need better customer service. The support person has been rude & unprofessional on every ocassion that ive ever had to call. No apologies when i mentioned this in my original review either.
I use this app for my business but my texts and call never come thru. If I don't go and open the app I don't get my texts at all. I emailed the developer and got no response. .. I am actually paying for this monthly and losing money because I don't get my calls...
Be Prepared to uninstall and re install this app just to recive text and calls. This is a bullshit APP. But now im stuck because ive been using this number and will lose even more buisness if i change numbers. Never trust this app to run you buisness communication! You will LOSE MONEY!!!

I couldn't hear my voice messages. I could not hear my greetings. My ring tone was the same as my regular phone.

I love this app. It allows me to do all my business through this app. I can even set it up to what I want it to say and do.

I've been using this app for several years. I had been happy with it, though it wasn't perfect. Over that time however almost no updates have been created that make the app more usable. All incoming calls get put into my contact list and have to be removed one by one. There is no cut and paste feature for the phone pad, so when you get an email with a phone # you can't cut and paste, how is that even possible? Text delivery has gotten better on the Sprint network and customer service has always been helpful, it just feels like this app is being ignored by uReach.
