Better than the old app however the pictures don't display on my brand new Android high powered phone so really needs development so you can actually see the pictures of the pubs that you are looking at. Seems to randomly crash too... would expect better from the developers to be honest. Keep trying...

Wasted ages in the pub trying to find the ordering app as advertised on a board on the footpath outside the w pub. Turns out it's only available on Apple IOS and not Android yet no mention of this on board! Even the lady serving that had just had the ordering app training wasn't aware yet was very good and found out for me. What a basic yet very annoying mistake and such a waste of frustrating time!

Great app for finding nearest wetherspoons, notes drink units and details, food calories and nutritional information. Can also select the ones you have visited which is a nice feature. However the photos won't display which is disappointing. A nice additional touch would be to add info on the history of the building and fun facts.

I downloaded it and clicked search to find the pub and 4 times it crashed instantly. Wouldn't bother. Can't pay for food to be brought to the table appears to only be on iphone

Should have a basic, text only version of this, I am using the app to get the where, when, what and how much?! It's a good tool but is annoyingly held back and cluttered by the unnecessary and exaggerated food pictures and descriptions! However, It's a great option for mid sesh regrouping in unfamiliar lands, as all towns usually have a spoons centrally located.

Mark a pub as visited and reset or get a new phone and you can't transfer pubs across, gotta sit and manually mark all as visited again, should be able to sign in and pubs move across. It's a pain as it's my mission to visit as many as possible.

The app idea is fantastic informing about pubs hotels and menus. However the ability to order food is sadly lacking, not sure if it's the pubs WiFi not working which prevents ordering I dont know. Once fixed it would be great

You can't order food or drinks, just awful, if you like a pint of John Smiths you are out of luck the app does not have it. One of the worst apps ever downloaded.. this will be removed from my device

Its the future and if you stay behind then your business will fail eventually. To summaries android needs a order update to make this app useful.

Spent ages trying to use the "Order from your table using the App" option, only to find its not available on Android. No mention of this on the big sign coming into the Bar. Weatherspoons give yourself a shake...

App lists a random pub in Surrey under the 'history' section for the Queen Hotel in Aldershot. Needs more work!

The Order and Pay app never works. I was just now at Salisbury and it's advertised on the menu,but no option to navigate or locate or use it. So I'm going somewhere else.

Order and Pay is widely advertised but the app does not provide this. In fact, I don't think Wetherspoons have an order and pay app. Just empty advertising to get people into the shop.

Got all excited seeing the leaflets on the table. Once again the largest demographic (android users) are left behind.

Crashes on search. Requires connection to do anything. It should cache details for offline use. Cannot filter food by dietary needs. Drink info doesn't show dietary restrictions (eg gluten free, vegetarian) Missed opportunity.

Settled down with all my stuff, downloaded the app to order from the table, then discovered the app doesn't support ordering, as indicated by the poster on the way in, then had to pick up my bags (two sports kit bags and a laptop bag and jacket), head to the bar, hope nobody pinched my table while ordering, then carry my stuff back and get settled down all over again, and then uninstall the app again because it didn't do what was promised. Doh!

To be fair to Wetherspoons, the notice in their establishments does say "Android - coming soon" in relation to food ordering. Shame they didn't roll out the ordering for both systems simultaneously though.

Wasted time trying to find the the section in the app to order and pay. Finally found out it's for Apple only after reading the reviews.

So, we've now gone from a dearth of (largely useless) stock photos to none all all. I want to see the pub. PLEASE FIX!

The company is good the prices are good but the numpty that designed this app needs a hot spud rammed up his Jacksey. Looked fot Wetherspoons locally but app wouldnt direct me there so ended up with a rival. Good Job the tw*t in charge of this app isn't in charge of the whole company.

Surely this day and age someone would have the common sense to make sure the food ordering service worked on both android and IPhone. Very lazy indeed

Search feature and clicking to see menu when have manually found pub on map brings up error message. App is now redundant.

No order and pay for android. Why dont you just ignore two thirds of your customers. Really annoyed customer.

I just got a new phone, installed the app, and my visited pubs list is empty. Please add backend to sync visiteds across devices. Otherwise, pretty impressed, it's been very useful.

Seen the order and pay advert in the new Wetherspoon in Edinburgh, downloaded what I thought was the app. Had it crash a few times when trying to search for the pub, and then eventually worked out there is no option to order and pay, you need the iOS app!

Finds puds, and hotels ok that's all it is good for don't waste your time trying to order food etc just will not work

Used to work fine until the last update, now just get "connection error" even though the connection is good. Please fix if possible, Wetherspoons is my favourite hobby.

Pretty useless for me, I wanted to order using app but not supported with Android. Come on Wetherspoon Android users probably outnumber iPhone users!!

Seriously?! Says nothing about needing iOS on any of the literature!! Aren't android users good enough for you?!.....update......still working on Android even though bar staff say it is!!!!

Put the app on my phone and it did open up however on trying to search for pubs it reports a fault. Happened a half dozen times so have reported it and am going to remove from my phone....don't own load it is a waste of time and data.

Downloaded to order food and drink. The food and drink parts of the app do not work. I tried on wifi and mobile data. Both food amd drink cannot connect. The app is not fit for purpose; that purpose being the order of food and drink.

It's advertised outside the pubs that you can order and pay from the app. No you can't. Plus when looking at menu it doesn't say which is steak day, chicken day etc. I removed it within the hour

This is not the iPhone version, you cannot buy food or drinks with this app. Essentially pointless in its current state.

Still advertising their pay app, but not available to download and no link or help from this app. Time to stop the adverts?

absolutely rubbish app. search option keeps failing. wheres the order facility which is advertised on the spoonies magazine. will be uninstalling this rubbish app

The menu online has lots of items on it that's not on the menu also as directed I could not order from my phone android user
