Papa John's Pizza India

Papa John didn't informed that my order is not available. Without my concern they changed the order. They arrived very late. The Pizza became super cool.... Thanks for Disappointing me. Never gonna order Again... Order no.235119

In Bengaluru, the delivery guy speaks in Hindi! No English n no kannada at all!! Have to struggle while giving directions to them everytime. What's wrong with u papa Johns, worst service ever!!!

Very fast & smooth app. Placed my order bang in 3 mins. Also the pizzas were fresh n tasty & way better dan domnos or pz hut or other hyped brands

Loved the app. Smooth and actually works! Too bad PJ store near my home shut down.

I couldn't even login, should have given zero, but that's not possible.

Order no-304431. Ordered it at 7:54pm never got it. No way to contact. Return my money otherwise I am going to consumer forum.

App says service not available but can service when call

My location is having 1.4km far from Papa John's pizza outlet. But this app shows delivery is not available for your location. Even my location is automatically detected by app. Instead, it shows Near by store which is having distance about 5 km from my location. Why you give fake choices of delivery option. Simply you could promote only pickup or walk-in service available.

Good app but while making online payment screen should remain or at least a pop up. Showing order screen with no action for long looks like payment is not done and repeat order is getting placed. Also option to delete any orders or cancel should be possible

Poor in locating nearby store.

Won't deliver to my location even when there is an outlet two kms away. Browser delivery works just fine though. App useless in this case

The order booked on the app doesn't reach the store. I had to wait for an hour and when I called the store, they said they haven't received the order at all. First and horrible experience..wish I could rate negatively !!

Very disappointed After placing the order I was informed that delivery is within 3 kms.why was i not informed before placing the order and nor it was mentioned in the app anywhere. Not at all happy. Iam not sure if i will receive my full amount back as i paid online. Not a kind of service expected by papa John's

They took more than 3 hours to deliver pizza within 300 meter distance , whenever I make a call to them they were saying that delivery boy is on the way I have placed an order at 11 o'clock since then I had called them for nearly 50 time but they were saying delivery boy is on the way , if some one walk from Papa John's vijayanagar to my place near maruti Mandir it will hardly take 7 to 8 minutes ,but they came to my place at 2 o'clock till then I already had a lunch in other restaurant near my house

None of the coupons I tried were working...Tried all the coupon codes in flyer I got with the news paper....

Do not order from this pizza chain. Specially in pune. I have not received my pizza and it's more than 1 hour... still waiting

App should auto detect there service area. It took me 10 min to decide my order, then it asked me to login, after which it asked me for cuopons, finally I placed order at full rate. 5 mins later I got an silly sms saying order is cancelled. Pathetic app
