Ordered samosa and I got worst samosa.. I am talking about Thanisandra Kanti sweet.. Nothing is here fresh.. Disappointed me.. After I got samosa I was about to complaint to food department about the quality Thanisandra kanti sweet is serving.. But I ll surely complaint about it.. Plz shut if you are not able to provide quality food. Already paying more but quality I got was worstest quality.. Thank God I did not eat.

Very good sweets and worst snacks. Order are mostly delivered with incorrect items. Just got samosa which has no filling inside, just an empty shell !!! Wow, never had such samosa in my life @ ₹22

More than half of the menu items are not loading.

I ordered some particular sweets, got call from the outlet that the sweet is not available in place of that they can give similar other sweet. When I got the delivery the sweet was already about to be rotten state. This is very bad service by a brand like Kanti Sweets.

No coupon code for first time user available

Forgot my password. When I choose forgot option I'll get mail with reset code, but it does not work at all. Even I can't register with some other details. If you forgot password, gone case. Finally resolved. When we get reset code, again use forgot option and then choose "have a reset token" option. Then it works

Useless - most of the times selected item is not available. The delivery boy was unable to spot the address after two hours of continuous calls. They are not trained for delivery. Unaware of area within 500m.

Most of the time even general items are not available. Worse if you ask for home delivery, they don't come on time. Forget about how bad they talk.

The app doesn't reflect the full catalog. I purchased jalebis from Kanti sweets , Puttenahalli , but I can't find Jalebis listed on the app. The app needs to have the complete store catalog to be more useful.

I downloaded the app and when creating the account I received an error telling my email address or phone number is already registered and it just asked me to reset the password. When I tried resetting the password I got a error "you have not registered" please create a new account. This is just horrible, I love kanti sweets and was happy that I can order from the app but

I was happy to hear that Kanti sweets also has an app through which we can order.. but when i tries to place an order,it always selected the wrong store.. I mean it selected a store which is very far away from my place although there was a store very near to my place.. even though i tried to select the store near to my place, it wont take that store for some reason...which definitely is not acceptable.. this is mainly because you use google maps for store selection and it isn't accurate..

Needs a lot of improvement. Most of the time, what I ordered was not in store. Please update what's in store.

Hi , I stay in between the RT Nagar shop & the Sultan palya shop.. In fact in same line as the kanti Sweets owner's house :) My concern here is that when i try to order the sweets from APP, it directs me to Sultan palya shop , where as i would like order from RT nagar shop due to personal reasons. Can we have some logic in place if there are 2 shops within the same radius of +/- a KM of the user it must list both the shops & the user can select the specific shop as per his preference. Hope you get my point.
