ChaiPoint Food & Tea Delivery

The latest update ruined the whole experience. After it picks my current location it fetches nearest store and then shows me to buy Premium tea leaves and does not show me option s of chai or snacks to order from. This should be fixed on priority.

The mobile app is really great, so is the website. It has improved a lot over time and the developers really deserve a pat on the back. The interface is really clean and extremely user friendly and is very simple to use and understand. Next, coming to the Tea and Snacks, the Quality is really Outstanding. The taste is really great and the tea is very refreshing. Moreover, the Snacks are fantastic especially the Bombay Masala Sandwich, and the Bun Maska. Just keep up the good work. Only thing which I want to request is for the Chai Point team to reduce the delivery charges a bit. I have kept the fifth ???? with me, and you shall have it the moment the delivery charges are reduced. There are no complaints or reservations from my side and I shall recommend Chai Point to each and every one.

Waste of time in installing application, application forces for user location to order. This is big privacy concern. ChaiPoint will comeback saying they have donenitndor making app user friendly. I don't agree. ChaiPoint team if you want attract users please make location permission optional and allow user to select your outlet. I had to uninstall it because it is good for nothing as it tracks my location. Again dont say you are not uaing it for other purpose or this data is secured.

It's of no use downloading this app. They doesn't give the service that they promise, after paying the amount they cancelled my order says no that they will not be able to deliver. Worst part is they did not refund my money. Waste of time.

It always shows "Sorry! It appears there are no items in this category right now." App can't even allow to update your account details. Such a pathetic App.

Technologically backward company. Ordered food Nd tea 1 1/2 hr back and still not received. Call centre busy since half n hr and app crashing as I click to know the details. What a waste..never gonna order again. No reliability.

App does not let you even prepare your order if the chai point wallet is empty. At least it should let you see the order and then people should decide whether they want to order or not. Furthermore, there should be a payment gateway as well.

Major issues in the app, I had complained almost 1.5 years ago, stopped using it. Now it's almost 2018, app still has issues, just ordered but my order vanished in the order history tab. Luckily I took screenshot.

Today I went to chai point in cunning ham Road, BENGALURU, as soon as I entered inside chai point, cashier was looking at me and not asking anything till ten minutes and he was showing attitude, because I went as a ordinary man, what kind of service you are giving to your customer, shame on you people, teach your staff how to respect customers, without customers will u guys run organisation, due to I wore old dress your staff cashier was treated me as a begger, I will share the bill which I was paid, dear founder or ceo be carefull when you guys hire this attitude people in your organisation, this peoples will destroy ur company name and fame, be carefull, today's competitive world you guys should treat each and every customer with respect and honour then only any organisation will survive, bloody he was discriminating me in front of other customers not asking anything even when I entered after 10 minutes inside your chai point, this was my first and last visit to chai point,

I hated it only for poor service I ordered a couple of time but not even once they deliver the exact order they always show the out of stock item take the order and will call you and say sorry and change the item with something else and worst part is that's it's their mistake still if you change the item and if that is a bit costlier then the actual item you order they will ask the extra change also I mean for your mistake why should we pay in my opinion you should give the customer that relaxation I complain so many times but no improvement in there service so god bless them in future be a bit professional

App is heavily dependent on store wifi when paying from wallet. Good interface but not worth the effort and price.
