Love the Staff Quality and Hygiens and Not to forget mouth wattery Tasty just love all the dishes i hope so i get a delivery option nearby Domlur and Indiranagar

Ordered at 10:34am, got call 30 min later from delivery guy saying "food over, you call support"!! Isnt there any coordination there? Later someone else called and said "delivery guy ask me to call you". When i explained, he is like, "you ordered late, we dont plan for orders coming post 11am". Although order was placed at 10:34am. Still unapologetic. Bad.

It was great while it lasted (except fr some weird menu on sme days - pav bhaji fr bkfast? Even north Indians dont eat it fr bkfst); now service is stopped in Whitefield fr almost 2 months now....

Service used to be fast in my area. Now it is slow. Customer support not picking up calls

Do not order if you want your day to go well. Pathetic service. Haven't received my food in spite of ordering like 2 hours ago.

Have ordered multiple times, the app shows the delivery time to be 45 minutes, takes nearly 2 hours to actually get delivered. Twice it has happened that my order was cancelled after an hour of placing the order. Irresponsible service, either the app doesn't work, or no one seems to care.

Gift a brekkie option doesn't work at all..Tried multiple times

I don't know what to say. Pubic hair in tea. I can mail the photos if anyone wants to see. Veggies were cold, I'm pretty sure they were made the night before and just packed now. Just horrible stuff over all. I'm never ordering again..

I've been ordering quite regularly from Brekkie. They WERE awesome and the awesomeness has been depleting exponentially. Initially the food used to be very tasty but these days it's just not happening. I guess they prepare and pack the food in the morning. So when I order at 10:30, the freshness is gone. I mean, why would I pay 100 bucks if the freshness isn't there? And lastly, the fruit porridge is awesome.

Waited for my order for 2 hours, only to be told later that my order has been cancelled. This happened twice. Worst App. Better use Swiggy.

It shows no stores in neighbourhood at my location though it shows BTM layout in it's areas covered. Also, does not have a option to contact the customer care in the app.

Pathetic Food, not at all tasty. Mini Brekkie is better than another one. Think twice before you order. Paratha is not at all Good, Chai was also spoiled. Please change the menu, no one would like to have paratha early morning.

Never Delivers in time. Also, serviceability is a big issue.

While I'm writing this review it's 9:21 AM and I have not yet received the order placed at 7:52 AM. This is my 4th or 5th order and I am done with these pathetic delays. There's no point having a great menu if you cannot back it up with competent riders and swift customer care. Good luck.

Brekkie team you guys have to realize that you are in South India .. who eats alu parata in the morning except north Indians .. if you are a north indian go and do business there why are u here in South India . Wake up!! Whoever given the five star rating those are all brekkie team and relatives ..Shame that u have only 16 people for yourself

Food is great, just what you want for a weekday breakfast. There are some kinks in the delivery processes from time to time. Hope you people iron them out soon. Support is helpful. Overall a fan.

Placed an order for 07:30 AM. Order arrived after 09:00 AM! This has happened twice in the four times I used this service, and once you just cancelled it without and notice or reason. The only reason I gave this a 1 star rating, is because I can't give it a negative rating!

Dont ridicule with customers when location is auto detected and order is confirmed with location why it is cancelled for nt delivering in particular area in last minute. Very disgusting service.

I ordered at 10:22 am today. Its 1 pm. Breakfast is not yet here. No info. Why start-up when you can't deliver?

So Today I ordered for the first time from Brekkie... and looks like it will be last. Ordered at 9.20 and was to get the delivery by 10.07 ....there is no way to reach back to them and finally the order comes at 11.10 ...in between no call from them stating that they are getting late.

These guys are awesome! They provide yummy and filling food at a great price. The delivery could have been a little quicker, but the food was definitely worth the wait. They say "eat like a king in the morning" these guys sure do make that happen.

Booked using the app but got a call back after half an hour saying the app is not active yet.

Too difficult to navigate and determine imp fields(like payment using wallets), location doesn't work, incorrect price. To top it all really disrespectful and uncourteous customer support when resolving these issues.
