I LOVE urban outfitters. It's my favorite store and I get so excited when new stuff comes in. It's a little bit on the pricier side, but it's definitely worth it for the cute clothes!! 10/10 would recommend❤

The app won't recognize my account and is also stuck on the UK account even though I'm in Canada! I've had this app before but I'm using a different phone and for some reason it's not working!!!

The app still sometimes crashes. There isn't an option to switch region in app which makes my app stuck on the US store instead of being in Europe. However, I do enjoy the experience and its inspiration in the app.

We don't have an UO in ny town, so I LOVE this app! So easy to use and it keeps me up to date on fun new products!

I love this app and the store! The only thing is, I want to connect my app to a different Instagram account but it won't let me. Besides that, I love it!

It seems to be stuck in the US website as I can't change this do to faulty app! Arrow doesnt light up and crashes if you change you try to change country

The app was going great until it stopped showing my order history, and removed my points toward rewards. I've purchased two items through my account just this month and now it says I've ordered no thing.

I live in HoustOn TexaS..This is one of My Favorite stores OF ALL TIME* other than forever 21, Ross, Beyond image, and Victoria's Secret/PINK as well as Kohl's* also love Sephora and Ulta Beauty (for makeup etc.) And i Absolutely Love Foot Locker, Rack Room Shoes, Van's outlet stores, & DSW*

Love the app, though wish I could leave reviews with the app instead of having to sign on from PC. Helps me track my purchases and rewards very easily!

Everytime i go to look at clothing like lets say im trying to look at some sneakers in the shoe department and it say "no results" like i even tried the shirts "no results" for anything i even deleted and re-installed it just thinking maybe that was the issue but no it wasnt , your guys "bug fixes and improvements" neex a lot more work cuz u just made it worse

Good products, but sometimes I find that some products may actually be in stock even though the app says "Out of stock". Other than that, delivery times are as expected and the app is very easy to use. 5 out of 5 stars!

The app is buggy and would not let me set the currency to USD. The banners don't work and keep redirecting me to the page that I was initially on.

For the rewards you can't view your purchases which are suppose to add up to the reward program benefit

AWFUL!! ???? they have on two separate occasions took the full payment required and left it in pending for weeks.

Why some items from the website doesn't appear in the app? :/ I can see it in the UO website but it doesn't exist in the app.

The app "shop section" always shows a no results error message and I cannot see anything even after trying to close the app and my phone

APP has me stuck using British Pounds or Euros... I live in the US... this is a problem! Please help.

My account is stuck on the Europe currency and I'm in Australia and it's really frustrating cause I love the app and all the products, please help

Rewards are stuck on 100% after using my $5 reward. It won't restart the percentage, pleaseeee fix! It's been like this for a week now )):

When you click on the links on the pictures, for example 'new to sale or various promotions, it just takes you back to the home page. Quite frustrating but other than that it's a good app.

I got the app specifically so I could take part in the wishlist contest, however it won't actually let me tap on the 'enter the competition' link... so I shall be deleting this app very shortly.

I love this app! I previously had a 1 star rating because I couldn't open it for over 5 days but today it is up and running again and I couldn't be happier.

App location stuck in the UK. Can't change it to my actual location.

Endless app notifications, looked in settings but not clear how to disable them. Uninstalled.

Get the impression it's a US only app from prices to checkout and the delivery to the UK was stuuuupid. Think I'll be uninstalling.

The app is great apart from my account is stuck on US...so I can't see my previous orders or wishlist...

I live in Virginia but the app will only let me choose euros or pounds as currency.... Why?

There isn't anyway to change it from the US to the UK so not much use to me
