Urbane Cafe

I was unable to place an order through the app. I selected the loc6and an available time, then "place order" but it didn't move on to the next screen. The app on my girlfriend's iPhone works fine, but not on Android nougat.

Extremely slow and laggy. You can easily lose your in-progress order if you accidentally press the Back button. Feels like a web wrapper. I love the food though, so I'll give 3 stars.

Total garbage. The app will say, "you have $2 credit!" and then when you use the app to pay, it just charges your debit/credit card. Uninstalling.

Straight forward. Using it to pay. Works great and I get discounts :)

Not a functional app. Need to be able to order online

I have both an android and an apple phone and app works fine on both phones. Only reason I didn't give the app 5 stars is because the QR readers at the registers won't read when i try to pay from my apple watch.

Tried the app. I wanted to get a $100 gift card and a sandwich. It would only allow a maximum transaction of $100 so I couldn't use it to buy a sandwich. They rang up the sandwich separate but it still didn't work. I paid with a regular CC then was told I was charged twice. They need to get the bugs out of this thing.

Tried to place my first order using this app. Rec'd a confirmation email and left the house to run an errand before picking up my order. When I arrived, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. Showed them my confirmation email then noticed that I received a second "failure" notification. Had to wait 20+ minutes while they made my order.

I love the Urbane Cafe food, but unfortunately this app is a mess. The touch points are very small and if you make a mistake it is often necessary to start over from the beginning. Please give up the trendy look and focus on making the app functional on the typical 5" smartphone screen!

There is no way to input a gift card. Rewards feature is useless unless you input a credit or debit card.
