Have you ever forgotten how many rounds you completed during Tawaf around the holy Kaaba?
The "Tawaf" application helps you track the number of completed rounds and informs you when your Tawaf is complete.
The application uses a mix of sensors built-in within your smartphone like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and motion sensors to determine your location within the The Sacred Haram. The counter will increment until you reach 7 rounds, after that you will be informed of your Tawaf's completion. The application allows you to choose to share your usage data with the Innovation Center through secure servers for future analysis and understanding crowd flows around the holy Kaaba, and to provide statistical information on crowdedness levels.
Note: We use Bluetooth because we're currently testing a new version relying on Bluetooth Low Energy technology that's much better than GPS for your device's battery. We only log Bluetooth data if you allow the application to log usage data, and this data would be a great help for the new version.

Seriously like what's the point of this, I at first thought that you should just on the location and keep it in your pocket or something and it would automatically count the number of rounds. I mean I could just open the calculator app and add 1 everytime I finished a round. As soon as I read about this app on Arab news I downloaded it and waited for the next time I go for Umrah. So disappointed.

السلام عليكم ارجو اظافة خريطة المسجد والمداخل والمخارج ونسبة الزحام في المطاف والمسعى وكم يستغرق من مدة في كل حال حسب الزحام حتى يقرر القادم للحرم متى الوقت الاقل ازدحاما لاداءه المناسك ولتجنب الابواب الاماكن المزدحمه وجزاكم الله خير
