Experience a new dimension of the calendar:
Your UpTo calendar has two layers. The front layer is your existing calendar. The back layer includes calendars you follow based on your location, likes and interests. Expand your calendar to reveal the back layer of events with just a pinch or tap.
Follow the calendars you care about:
From your favorite sports teams and TV shows to upcoming concerts and even the people in your life, UpTo has you covered. Discover thousands of public calendars and follow the ones you care about.
Share calendars with the people you love:
Life is busy, and keeping track of your loved ones’ schedules can be tricky. UpTo makes calendar sharing easy, even between Android and iPhone, or between Google Calendar and Outlook.
UpTo Widget:
View events from your personal calendars, Facebook, and calendars you follow in UpTo directly on your phone’s homescreen. Mix and match out beautiful agenda and month widgets to get a complete view of your schedule!
Privately connect with friends:
Unlike other calendars that are limited to all-or-nothing sharing, UpTo lets you privately connect with close friends and family to share events on an event by event basis.
Sync your existing calendars:
UpTo works with Google Calendar, Outlook, Facebook Events and any other calendar that syncs with your phone.

Curated calendars display correctly. My wife shared her calendar with me and her 2 or 3 activities are repeated several times causing the program to chug.
Great app, but... They clearly make their ability to manage sports (and other) calendars a differentiator over other calendar apps but they still have not incorporated things like 2015/16 European soccer league schedules into the app, even at the highest level (let alone the second and third tier of the top leagues). I emailed their support staff in early August and still have not received a reply. It's unfortunate because the app and interface is outstanding otherwise.
This calendar comes closest to having the same features of defunct Sunrise calendar. Microsoft is supposed to incorporate Sunrise features into Outlook calendar. I don't expect to see that any time soon so it is UpTo for me.
Not equipped to work syncing android to iOS devices. Downloaded so my friends and I could compare calenders and arrange a weekend away. Please advise soonest when you plan to rectify this problem.
Awesome app. I have four kids and planning and coordinating weekly events just got easier. The ability to follow subjects of interest is also very cool. Needs a filter though because your expanded calendar view quickly gets cluttered
So far so good can't let you know soon enough if there is anything I don't like about UpTo! Although I doubt highly my opinion matters much to any other except myself!
Everytime I open it. It preparing calendar......... When I SIGN UP NO RESPOSE.....IT IS GARBAGE .NEVER ISTALL IT . WHAT IS THIS......... UPTO INC. AND UPTO CALENDAR APP BOTH ARE WORSE.....
I absolutely adore this app but the lack of a backup feature is a problem. I've had to switch to two different phones and losing my appointments in between is annoying. Great interface and inbox feature for Google invites.
I did usability testing. See issues the more I use this. Overall, it's been ok to keep track of my pers appts, recurring evetns. Issues are 1. I am unable to scroll back in time. I need to ref dates ealier in the year. 2. Id like to Have the option of entire field highlighted. 3. Reminders should work as an alarm... snooze, repeat x min x times,so you don't miss an event. 4. Needs a free to do list like Google 5. Constant trouble seeing calendar updates of friends that have shared w me
Calendar settings screen is blank. Default calendar screen is blank. Trying to create an event gives "No writable calendar available, go to Settings > Default Calendar" the blank screen.
The widget calendar is HORRIBLE. It lacks the individual color coded daily events and instead only displays One Identical Dot, regardless of how many events are scheduled, or option 2- # count of that days events. This is basically the only reason I don't use this calendar. While the app has all the features I want: color coded events in a monthly view, plus it's quick and easily navigated. It even has an amazing option that I always dreamt of - the ability to view layers of your calendars.
UpTo is great to sharing my single calendar, but i have to pay a monthly fee to use multiple calendars. I rather just pay a one time "pro" upgrade. I love the privacy option to share with just my family and friends. This helps alot!!! THANK YOU.
The app says it will sync with any user from any operating system. My wife has Apple and I have Android, so this is exactly what we wanted. But even though we are connected and it says we are sharing calendar, neither of of schedules appear on the others calendar. I even took the time to email the admin giving them a chance to help, but they never responded.
The only thing keeping this app from being perfect: it needs the ability to have more than one default reminder. e.g., 2 hour before and 2 days before as the default for any event. Otherwise this is everything I've ever wanted in a calendar app. Pity it seems to be abandonware.
This app is good when u can share calendar with ur loved ones to find out their schedule. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to update even though I try to restart the app. I also don't know what will make the calendars sync because sometimes it sync, most of the time it doesn't. Fix the bug please..
Really hope to see material design for the widget in a future update. Otherwise, it's my go to calendar app ** EDIT Calendar is no longer displaying TV shows and no one is responding to emails... I think the developer has stopped updating the app unfortunately.. Was the best, now, not so much..
I am an avid calendar user and have been so frustrated with my google calendar and went back to paper. Ive been using this app for over a week...have many events and details entered. So far...this is the easiest calendar i have found! I hope this app stays around for a long while!!
I love this app. There are so many things that you can do. Birthdays, appointments, events and more. I hope maybe down the road you can add voice. A no hands on breifing would be great while driving. Just a thought. Keep up the great work
Used to work, then stopped syncing iOS to Android app. Havr tried reinstalling, removing permissions and adding again. Nothing shows up. Only reason we needed it was to share across platforms. Sent email, no response.
It would be nice if this app worked more often than not. My father and I run a business together and use this app to keep schedules updated. It worked great for a while, but recently only updates randomly. It's become very unreliable. I've tried to contact UpTo and haven't heard back.
The calendar is fine and does what I need to, the idea of layers works well. 2 issues: 1) calendars to follow, which was a key feature, haven't been updated in months - try to follow an NFL team or something local but there are no events 2) no support - sent a few emails about #1 above and received no reply
EDIT: downgraded to 2 stars. Nobody is answering emails when asking for support! I'm getting too often a 'Log in to access events' error and all my calendar and widget settings are gone! /// Clean and crisp interface, just 2 things I would tweak - the widget should have an option to bold/unbold the font; the event highlighting can be a bit more accentuated, especially for the blue and light themes.
I used this app for several months. I followed public calendars and shared caledars with family members. It was a vital piece of managing daily life, then it quit working today. It crashes every time I save an event, new or revised.
Every time I try to save something in my calendar the calendar closes and says sorry Upto has stopped working. Would you life to report! Who am I reporting to? I've been reporting for a month and nothing is being done!
When I try to add an event it tells me I need to first set up a calendar by going under Settings >Default Calendar, ok fine, that's no problem. Except when I go to settings and select "Default Calendar" I just get a blank screen, same issue under "calendar settings". I can't do anything! If there's something else I need to do to get this to work then that's fine but it's really not very obvious or user friendly. I've tried reinstalling the app and that didn't fix it.
I really like how you can subscribe to a number of fun calendars (movie release dates, sports team schedules, phases of the moon, etc.) without it cluttering your agenda view. The notifications are expandable but not actionable. It would be great to be able to snooze a notification. Otherwise, the only issue I'm having now is that every so often the widget disappears. I can't figure out why, though. Regardless, this is now the only calendar app I use.
Would occasionally be a little fussy/glitchy when entering new events and I would love to be able to set up separate layers for work and personal with the same email address but NOW I cannot get Up To to save any new events. It seems to save an event then an error message appears indicating that Up To has stopped working. I can save an event in Google calendar and then modify it in Up To. This has been going on for quite some time. What's the deal?
Other than not having a decisive reminder that can be customized, I like the App a lot.
It does everything that I could need from a calendar planner and even offers some time wasting pleasure in an easy to maneuver app.
It won't let me edit my calendar using the app. I can only edit it on my computer. It just shows I'm following myself even though I'm logged in the exact same account.
My fiancé and I depend on being able to share our calendars but we periodically lose visibilty and have to email UpTo to get them synced again. Now they don't even respond. In concept this is a great app. Too bad it doesn't work reliably.
I like the calendar and the way it will link to other calendars. Improvements I would like to see would be a monthly format and a customize button on the repeat event menu. Wish I could load it into my tablet.
I have a old tablet w/ correct android version but the play store said that I was not eligible for the app? I went to the leave a response link and complained twice that the app was set to prohibit me from downloading it, and of course got no response. Now I have smart phone and want the app on the phone too. But now that I can officially download it I also get to leave a public review. Thanks for an awesome app but seriously weeks and no response isn't cool, anyways hope you get it fixed.
One problem though, not sure if the app itself is to blame but, none of the tv shows airings show up on the calender.
Good interface, pretty accurate. I just wish it would sync up with my other desktop calendars
We needed something to track each other's work schedules and such. This works perfectly!
Absolute Best!! Update on 11/23/15 - I am not getting an TV Show Support, can't seem to get the shows to be visible on my calendar. Anyone have this issue? I have Samsung Note 4
And your other half has an iPhone this is what you need to share calendars. Only app I know of that does this well.
Following several college football teams but schedule is not listed on any calendar dates. Wanted holidays, but they aren't listed either.

Once everything is set up, it's fairly easy to use however during setup, it crashed numerous times. Synching 4 calendars was frustrating with all the crashes.
