Hawaii Business Events

HB Events features events presented by Hawaii Business Magazine, including schedules, speaker bios and ticketing info. The app showcases selected YouTube and Vimeo videos and Twitter feeds curated by hashtags. The app also allows attendees to submit questions or comments during Q&A sessions and see the live stream of questions from other attendees. Additionally, the app allows attendees who set up accounts to take part in various discussion forums — asking questions, providing feedback about the event and discussing relevant topics with other attendees and conference organizers. Participants can post comments and photos in the discussion forum; “like” posts; reply to posts; and be alerted when others reply to their comments via an Inbox. HB Events helps attendees navigate events by providing important information, but also helps build engagement among attendees and other conference participants.

HB Events was developed by Events Go Live, which provides digital tools, custom technology and marketing to businesses and organizations to help execute their events.
