However, the underlying algorithm: PwdHash could be improved by hashing the password both with the site and a saved ID. This would inhibit attacks where a site that doesn't salt has duplicate passwords.

What would make it perfect is that it treats URL's as case insensitive. Prevents wrong passwords and confusion

Can be used independent of browser—like for Facebook app. Best in class. Only improvement might be a toggle for a stored suffix.
