Bad experience with this app. I can't verify my mobile number , It's continuously showing retry button

with the latest update not recognizing any virtual id.

I am going to register upi still it show retry ..huh i lost 100/-due to sms ..service.....plz be update u r service other wise close the app

When I update the app, I am surprised about the foolish move of bringing quick-pay and scan-pay options outside the login screen. Please revert it back to the earlier version. Please include the utilities section of Fed-mobile on the LOTZA app and make it a powerful Unified app for all types of transactions. Also you can have a LOTZA murchent button on Fed store app identical to the scan-receive button of LOTZA.

This is the worst upi app I have ever used. It takes more than 5 times to register and all times I lost sms charges from my account. Then happened the worst thing. I have downloaded it for adding upi to my federal bank account using federal bank you app itself. But this app is not able to fetch my federal bank account . I can't understand this. Federal bank's upi app can't fetch federal bank account for upi. Interesting thing is that all other upi apps like BHIM and Phonepe can fetch my federal bank account very easily!

The app interface is good. But the support team won't respond to your queries if you submit a complaint through the app. That option is put there just to fool the customers. You will end up losing your hard earned money if some transaction fails. The bank people do not have any regard for your hard earned money. Neither do they respond to your complaint, nor they have any idea where the money went.

While comparing others, it's ok. But this app cause financial struggle to me. While making transfer app closing by showing server error. And doing incomplete transaction. Money debited but not credited to destination. And Lotza team very bad to solve the complaint as soon as possible. This cause me my money useless and put me financial struggle. I don't know what they doing with my money. It's unsafe to use this app, if you have limited money.

The worst UPI app I've ever seen. Tried to make payment last 3 times but this app only withdrawn my money and recipient still not got the money.

One of the worst app which I ever had. There should be some minimum concern when dealing with money. Most of the time while paying money through virtualid, it fails. And it takes minimum 2-3 days to get back the same... Recommended only to know the balance....

Only option to verify Number with sending SMS. I am living out of India and I am having normal bank accounts registered under my Indian Mobile Number. I cannot activate the app because I am unable to send SMS from out side India. It will be good when OTP verification is there..

2 times lost money in Lotza app. Got debit time out error and the transaction status shows its a failure.But amount deducted from account and not refunded

Worst app in the world. They do all the promotions in radios and tv channels but they can't improve the stability of this app. Couldn't do one transaction till now

It always hangs. When send sms, they say your sms not reach us. Please refresh. Several sms costs money. More than 10 Times i lost money with sending sms.

Even though the app is good and does what it promised to do i request you to integrate the UPI transfer feature in fed net itself....Installing and using more apps is simply frustrating and needless.

Couldn't add account number even fedmobile and alerts available on my registered mobile number. Other banks are getting fetched and my accounts with federal bank not getting fetched.

Need OTP sim verification. Then only we are able to use the app if the sim that is registered on the bank is on another phone or on a ordinary phone that don't have internet

using this app since January 2017, one of the best yet simple UPI apps out there..... doesn't take much time to register....

Very poor customer care services. Stay away from federal bank.

Good. One can pay by VPA or IFSC code or MMID not may UPI apps allow that.
