BHIM Axis Pay UPI app

I liked the app, everything is fine except the fact that my contacts has erased completely. Update: Contact are still there in contact book, but I cannot use them for quickly send or ask them for money! Please fix it ASAP

Not at all good. I have added my SBI account easily but can't able to add AXIS bank account even after trying several times,getting OTPs but at the end it showing SORRY! TRY AFTER SOMETIME.

Too many failed transaction but money deducted from account. It's not refunded even after 4 days. Plz refund ASAP...and it's customer care number doesn't have a upi support.Axis bank is simply cheating

Failed to register.. tried a lot and deducted many times sms charges.. i am using axis bank app which is very good but this upi app is dumb and giving me same error again n again.. send me mail id.. i will send screenshot

Friends this is very fast transaction app but one thing if ur money is debited not goes to befinciery means u can't get that money upto 15 days . No one can reponse for that if u call ur bank means they will ask u to send complaint mail to respective bank. For that also no reponse mail will come... so better u can send ur money through ur bank website...

I made a transaction for Rs 10000 yesterday, which is declined but unfortunately the amount got debited from my account in which regarding the issue I raised a query in the app. Just now the some of 1000 Rs credited to my account instant of Rs 10000. It's very bad experience with Axis Bank. I think the bank team can should rectify this otherwise you will loose the valuable customers many thanks

Everything is fine. But not able to add SBI ac to the app. It shows account doesn't exist. My all bank ac are link to the same number. So it a problem with your app or UPI network, please look into.

This app is keep on crashing. After adding account it's not showing in list. After creating VPA it's not showing. Many more issues are there. Worst UPI app amongst rest.

I've installed this app today..made first transaction but it falled.and my money has been deducted..please give my money back asap.. although I've raised query..give my money back asap..bad experience

I am Not able to use Sbi Mastro cards in Axis bank UPI . Sbi Mastro cards can be used in Bhim and phone pay applications in android. This app is Asking for expiry date or the card which is not available for Mastro cards. Thanks for the Response.. I changed review to 4 stars

I tried to transact using UPI address but often failed. But other features are quite good. Need some other apps for transactions. Just use it for check your balance amount

Overall performance is good. But I have one issue on prepaid recharge. I'm not able to do recharge for Andhra Pradesh number. It is asking like " Select circle"" even though I selected circle as AP

Not able to activate Axis Pay using registered mobile number in current account. Is this working/available for current account holder ? And sms/mobile banking compulsory active for used app or without it's works?

I am unable to use the when i was started using this its work excilent. But now i am reinstall it. It always show me "Unable to send SMS from your mobile please Retry" i am trying again and again but it always gives same thing.

Ghatiya apps recharge fail hua bt 399₹ deduct kr liye 3 din se vapas nhi kre na koi reply kiya..bakwas app.. Other bank user is app ko bilkul use na kare, bal kat jayega aur kahi complaint b nhi hogi.. Na to is app ka koi cust care no h aur na koi email..

This app totaly waste...and its raise query total fake because my amount debit from account but transaction failed...and axis bank is not refund my debit amount above 15 days...and no custmore care number for custmore help...

It is useless app as I am bearing current account at axis bank and this app is not showing my account and bank employees saying this is due to multiple accounts of other banks also having same mobile number rectify that

Not able to add bank account. Showing error message "Account doesn't exist". Also not able to do recharge. Worst app I have used for transaction. I wasted my 45 min .

Cheating ppl in the name of cash back. Never install this app.. most stupid upi app in india..

I been trying to set up my upi pin from the day I installed this app at different times. I thought it might have to do with working hours as per India or some other country where the server is. Tried all combinations and permutations. Same result. "Your request could not be processed". Losing hope with Axis Bank apps and support. Mailing them puts you to some customer service representative who has no clue what they are talking about and phone support makes u jump hoops on the telephone with their endless options and wait time.

It was told that I will get 20% cash back on recharge but didn't get any cash back. And no contact number for any thing bad service.

Setting upi pin process struck after given,ATM card no etc.after complete the process it says time out.tried more than 30 times.but no use.unable to complete the process of upi pin set

Worst UPI App in play store. Cannot find my attached Punjab national bank account. ICICI bank app is so smooth.

this is a fake app with fake offers... my old transactions are not reflecting in App and didn't got the cashback regarding the same transactions... and most importantly their support numbers doesn't work.

I installed new axis pay UPI,I am facing lot of issue like.."app has stopped unfortunately".Every time I click on back arrow <-,it displays the error and exit from the app.kindly alive this issue.I am using MI4i gadget.

I downloaded the app and transferred amount to other bank but not found the reward of rs 50 in my union bank account

Completely useless app, not able to use it whenever requires. 10 times sms charge cost. Try to make the app convenient for everyone.

Great app but I did the DTH Recharge still 20% cash back not received and terms and conditions also not clear in home page.

Actually problem is that open app show massage This device look like rooted.ok app close that's it so sad

all other UPI apps allow to create more than one UPI ID against one account. axis app doesn't allow this. this is the biggest bug. check other apps. UI is good so gave 1 more star.

Despite the bad reviews, I downloaded this App as I have an Axis bank account. But no according to this app I don't have an account. Used the registered mobile number but the app could not locate me. And the worst part is, the app does not have an option for the user to input his account number incase the app is unable to find a corresponding account with the registered mobile number. Had to uninstall this half-baked app.

Worst App, It doesn't recognize my Bank accounts & moreover there is no option to add bank account manually.

Please Fix Some issues : 1)App is taking too much time to open after entering 6 digit MPIN 2)Sometimes it's crashing suddenly 3)Please give us a separate column in contact list for VPA & Bank accounts 4) App is bit slow, please fix some internal bugs as early as possible. 5)please start alert notification via email & sms both during amount deduction time. Missing this feature extremely. Phone pe, true pay etc has the alerting feature. Axis pay only alerts via SMS when we add some new VPA. Overall its a nice UPI application. But i can't say that it's the best upi app. Phone pe application deserves it more than any other app.

Not able to register since three days giving error " SMS not received, retry"

After the latest update...not able to transfer money for the existing contact. I can transfer the money only with UPI id .. Really disappointed
