uParcel-easiest way to deliver

Written to them for the returned of DO still no reply. Both agent and company sucks. Worst service.

Just needed n app for requesting parcel delivery and this service provides just what I need. Also allows credit card payment. Great app!

Not very reliable. As a user, the service is only good when your pick up or delivery location is near to MRT. Meaning they have no vehicles. They take upfront payment via credit card so if no reponse they only give you credit no refund. So there is a risk to user using this service. So far they have been very responsive and their clarification may need quite reasonable.

App itself quite ok but the rates are really so so low. Not even worth the fuel. I suggest a premium rate for ppl who wants to pay more and driver who wants to earn more are more enticed to take up the jobs.

I hv been waitin for my pay. It says pay 1 wk ltr on every 15 & mth end.. Till now,still hvnt got paid. Msg no reply.. Call hotline so hard to ans.. Not sure if this is a gd apps..

Jobs too cheap. All item bulky for just $7. How many job can you pick up?

Gd way to earn extra income.

DO NOT use this app and service. I selected paypal as a payment option for one job, but no courier accepted the job so I had no choice but to cancel it. Instead of getting the refund credited back into my paypal account, the monies went into Uparcel's e-wallet account and despite several emails and messages asking for the amount to be returned to my paypal account, they went unanswered and now the amount is stuck inside the account which I no longer want to use. Terrible!!!!!!

Its a great service for deliveries

Easy to use for on demand courier

Tried today. Easy to use app. Most afforable for same day door to door service. Delivery agent pick up and delivered in time. Friendly agent (Mr Yunos). 'Track agent' service is not functioning so have to phone him and confirm the delivery time. Uparcel did not provide any contact number so cant call for assistant. Online Chat service seems useful but no agent reply message.

Signed up, updated my profile etc., closes app, couldn't sign in again due to 'invalid email' error. Went through the review section n realised I'm not the only one. Wrote in to them, asked about the error and no news from then on.

Download app and signed up but when i try to log in, it says invalid email and password. Although i am very sure i did not input the wrong details, i tried to sign up again. Same error occurs. Uninstalling it now.

Ordered express delivery. Time to collect and deliver by clearly stated on remarks. Driver collected after the delivery time, and even took more than 3 hours after the stated delivery time to deliver. Contacted the customer service who did not help, ask us to settle with the driver ourselves, and we still got charged for express delivery. Kept the entire transcript.

Keeps sending notifications but job taken when you click view, either you have a thousand courier waiting for jobs or you simply do not have enough jobs.

The map previously was clear and the tracking is quite well developed. The map loading is slow and the tracking doesn't seem to be working in new version. Also the choice of new map doesn't show details of roads but only expressways.

Needs to make it faster and easier to make a courier booking. Currently there are too many steps involved.

Recycle time is slow. Unable accept job. Click for 2 days. Job still pending for accept. Need alot of improvement

For 2 times the driver failed to do collection. 1st driver said apps got problem; everything must state in remarks (and it was stated clearly in remarks plus repeated to the driver). 2nd driver (with clear message) got bike breakdown and irresponsibly updated me when its late. Contacted uparcel and i extend for 2 hours for collection. Driver still came late for 15 minutes. Uparcel only said sorry then ask me then how. Very3 disappointed.

I've never faced any issues with uparcel before. All of my parcels were delivered sucessfully and on time. Thank you Uparcel for making courier delivery services affordable!

Great app to do part time deliveries. Payment is made immediately with cash so no need to wait for company to pay end of the month except for corporate jobs. The speed of the app can be improved.

Have been trying to sign up. But keep saying sending email verifying. But no email received. Please check

The price per delivery all too low from the pick up point to destination.. Not interested in this app anymore

Have been using taqbin to send my products to customers for some time. Uparcel is so much faster and easier not to mention it is cheaper. I dont need to be put on hold at the hotline. Can just book a courier through the uparcel app. The response is almost immediate. Can even call the deliveryman to know if he is on his way. Highly recommended for those looking for a better courier.

Failed me on my first usage with my new company. Pending for long long time (ie.probably 2 hrs or so) before delivering me a note to inform on non-fulfillment -- just cannot believe this is happening! Had this uparcel apps deleted immediately n its 'testimony' shall remain in our portfolio. This is one delivery agent that u should never consider using if you are urgently dependent on reliability. Period. April 2016

I tried an installation.. i cant proceed to next screen as there are trouble adding pick up location.. Please improve this

Uparcel mails my items safely and in a timely manner, they work on with my schedule. Save my time and money.
