To be able to start the test, the vehicle must be at a complete stop. But the problem is that the vehicle's complete stop position could also be misread by the app and/or GPS satellites. There is a compensation feature within the app, but I don't know if it really improves on anything.
This thing can't even keep up wit my modded grand am gt. I was at 60mph and it said I was doing 25mph. I don't see how it can keep up with Zondas, Veyrons, or even GTis that I've seen in other comments. People should get a friend with a stop watch to time their 0-60s
Works 99% of the time, does have some lag but that's to be expected. Not bad
Bad accuracy. Always says "you must stay still" for timed mode. I even wait 1 minute stopped but nothing changes.
Seems fairly accurate. Might be a bit off for some people though (ie 96 Acura...0-60 in 3.6 seconds?? No.)
.15 is a rediculous amount of time to start counting. Needs to be more sensitive. Maybe add a force start button
cannot find gps signal. tried several timed. other apps working fine. sorry but useless.
App doesn't work. Turn it on and start moving dvds it will just go back to it's main screen, bs.
It used to be spot on now the time is always slow. 60ft 3.5? 1/4 mi 16.5? Seems to be off by a second. When I changed the compensation now I get 15 sec 1/4 mi which is too fast for a Miata....
Really good app, would be perfect if it had a countdown to start instead of just a start button for timed runs, heres hoping?!
Worked GREAT..."worked"! Workd great @ first download.Then.. Quits workin aftr u use awhile.Re-downloading doesnt make it start again...?
Very accurate I have tried them all and this is by far the best one out there. Simple and easy to use. Very handy tool to have to test and tuning. And you can use it on anything, boat. ATV, jet-ski , snowmobile, bikes.
0-60 times were consistent with stopwatch times to within 0.1 s over 3 runs had issues with this app in past but seems much better now HTC one m8.
Done every possible combination, phone attached just below winshield, this is SO far off, great sat connection and still get horrible lag. Sent email, no response in return to simple program questions. I'll use others available, shame there aren't more that keep true "multiple real track" results.
355bhp and I managed 0-60 in 8.5 seconds useless. Was a sunny day and I had about 15 satellites locked and set to high res. Needs some work before charging people for it.
Even when I tried it inside my house, the speedometer works decent. There's no way I'd pay $4 for the premium version.
Even with high accuracy gps, app is waiting for standstill.
Won't work with S6. Just says gps off
Cool idea but inaccurate. Says I run 14.8 in the 1/4. Neary 3 seconds slower.
An App that Works, Gold Star, its supposed to work. Congrats you did something Correct.
App doesn't work. Turn it on and start moving dvds it will just go back to it's main screen, bs.
Does what it says on the tin when a good enough signal available, I'm happy considering its free
The doped testing is complete crap. It says must be at a stand still before you can go. I've had my phone sitting on the Hood for 20min and it still says to come to a stand still. I have a 9/9 satellite fix too. DOES NOT WORK!!!!
I mean I have full bars 4g but my 1990 Crx si with a b16a2 swap intake headers exhaust chipped ecu cams and cam gear sure I'm missing something has a 12.96 0 - 60 lol. How about mid to low 5 seconds....
I use it many times a week, great for tuning and seeing results.
Good but cannot convert mph to kph. Could be just me
Great for messing about with. Could do with more features maybe. This who complain have phone gps issues rather than fast cars that outrun a satellite....
When it works seems fairly accurate, but 99% of the time it just says must be at a standstill while I'm sitting completely motionless.
It maxes out on 250.95 km/h please investigate, with the garmin, it goes 298.74km/h and with the app, its bad
Ran this at the track a few times alwys more thn a sec slower the mph were pretty close though Good for tuning to see time changes but not for true ET
My car does 0 to 60 in 5.3seconds.your app is way off.it also said I did 40 to 60 in one second and my car isn't anywhere near that quick.
Works every time and results are very close to my time slip cards.
Not.exact at all! The measurements in between are crazy...it said that I made 17 secs from 0-60 on a Civic SI not.even the slowest car.does that!!!
I think the people who like this app drive slow cars and know it, but it says they're faster than are so they give it the thumbs up, the best 0-90mph run I've done was 7.34 sec. This app said my 0-20 was 8.54, and my 0-60 was also 8.54, on the same run, that's amazing huh? Gained 40 mph without a hundredth of a second passing. Wow
I use it all the time i drive a good distance. If u like to know how fast ur car gets from 0 to 120 and other good to know stuff. This is the app. Great job.
Worked once. Now it just says 'must be at standstill', even though i have stopped and been still for a while.
I like what the program does. Small memory footprint
Would love to test this but I ride a motorcycle, so it starts counting as soon as I move phone to place in pocket. Needs a timer added after you click start.
My truck at the track runs 15.2 with the app in my truck says 16.8 at 78 mph than same at 88 mph needs some work but not bad for a base line the times are off but its constant so if your tuning it helps

I also get "must be at s standstill" even when sitting on a pile of paving slabs. Did get 1 measured time but Measured the same time for 0-60 as 330' but had me at 67mph at the 330' ! (same run)
