Update 9/20/1017: I should have contacted support prior to leaving a poor review. After Univision responded to my review, I emailed with them and their support is amazing. They fixed the issue with excessive commercials and everything is working great now. A+ support and the app is now 5 stars for me. Original Review: Went to 1 star when they added excessive commercials. Very sad because I loved the app before (it was helping me learn Spanish). Many times the same commercial is played multiple times in a row. Very annoying. I canceled my subscription last night.

No sirve esta app...y no se puede cancelar. Las instrucciones para cancelar no estan correctas. To top it off there is no contact information anywhere. I gave it one star because there is not a "no star" option. This sucks, fix your app Univision! And where is the Freaking Customer Service?!?!

I just updated the app and it sucks now since they decided to put commercials !! It was way better when the whole novela would play instead of stopping every 10-15 min to play a commercial TAKE THE COMMERCIALS OFF

Despite having to pay to access, ads are forced on you. Also, it gets my location wrong, and I find no way to correct this!

I paid and it keeps saying to subscribe but I am subscribed and confirmed, everything's set but it does not let me watch!!

Terrible. I can't even withdrawal my subscription. I demand you take me off this app. I will continue further action if I don't get assistance.

Univision now si era Bueno hasta que agregaron comerciales porfa quiten los Comerciales para que no sea como si lo vieramos en la tv. Son extresantes los Comerciales quitenlos

este servicio es un robo y lo compre por mirar la novela de la tierre prometida y luego lo cambiaron a otro canal despues para canselarlo es un enredo no estoy contente con este servicio mejol lo cansele pero fue muy difisil pasa canselarlo

No live customer service. Cancelation is almost imposible. Programing cuts off too much.

The only reason why I hate so much is because it disconnects from my chrome cast almost every 3 to 5 minutes. Its so annoying! Then I have to reconnect it again smh please fix, update it or something.

I'm not sure if this app need an update my screen said charging and charging but never appears a image from the provider so can you take care please I want to see my univision in my tablet or smartphone

I cant cancel subscription. Free trial is just a way to steal money because theres no way to cancel subscription and no valid phone number to contact anyone

This app sucks BIG time... it is a waste of time DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Cast only works for 5 minutes then it errors out with "vdeo not available at this time' .... NO VALE LA PENA...

In theory, it works great but it only cast's shows for a few minutes and then it boots you out. I do love the fact that you can watch episodes now. I only wish they fixed this error.

I keep trying to watch the episodes and it keeps freezing. Then today I received a charge for the next month subscription when it's not even due until tomorrow. I need this fee reversed as it is causing an overdraft. I also have canceled my subscription

I would love if I could watch a show all the way through. It plays the first 5 min and that's it! Am I doing something wrong?

It hasn't been possible to cancel the subscription,,I'm gonna have to cancel my debit card so that they won't be able to charge me,,& I wasn't even able to see the last soccer game! This app is so disappointing!!!!

I can't unsubscribe. My husband got the app to see the soccer games,and he hasn't been able to use from the app from day one. He unsubscribe the next day and it said it wasn't cancel,only to find out it wasn't canceled.

The on demand feture stops streaming every 5 mins. Also you have to specifically have spectrum time warner. It doesn't take spectrum charter.

It was good but for the last couple weeks just sucks it get disconnect all the time and every time I want to watch a show the screen just have a this show is not available try later really? I'm going to try for maybe another week ....but if continues like this I will deleted

It cuts off alot, and charged my account a day in advance. They are only getting one month from me.

It doesn't allow me to sign into Univision deportes, I'm missing some good cup games
