Good thing uso isn't trying to sell tickets.. useless. . I want a refund of free! Hopefully the park is better than the app and internet site.. waiting to buy tickets on site hopefully i dont find something better to do.. not committed because your app sucks.. not committed because your website sucks.. Disney lessons? Idk but if i was headed there we have everything booked months out.. hmmm.. maybe ill show up tomorrow and buy tix and front of the line passes

It's supposed to tell wait times, but doesn't...I haven't received any alerts despite stormy weather and ride closures. This app does not work as it should, and I'm spending more time fiddling with it than having fun at the park!

What a load of rubbish!! Worked for a few days BEFORE we went to a U park then, like others have said, continually "unable to synch, despite trying everything. Maybe it is an Android thing as others with us on Apple had no issues. Absolutely hopeless for me....:-(

Worked great to start with but then keeps telling me the rides are closed... uninstalled and reinstalled but still not working properly... sitting in the park and it said 60 minutes for a ride and when we went over the ride was 80 minutes... guy there just shrugged his shoulders and said the app hadn't updated...

Nice map but doesn't tell you what's on the map. The app is useless. I'm hope for an update in the next few months before I hit the park. Works a little better on the tablet but who wants to carry that around.

Got this app specifically so I wouldn't have to carry money, tickets, etc. Here were the issues: 1. The parking reminder is nice, but trying to take a picture of the parking spot forced the app to close. 2. Bought tickets through the app. They showed up at first, but had issues and didn't show up when we went through the gate. Had to find tickets in email. 3. Didn't bring credit card because the app was supposed to link my CC to the TapuTapu. Didn't work on the lockers. Just got to the park. Will update later.

Doesn't give accurate wait times, doesn't update ride closures. Map is clunky, and every time I go back into the app it shows all 3 parks even though I set it for 1. Signing in causes the app to crash. Only useful for recording where we parked, a general idea of where things are and the 'virtual line' for the Tonight Show.

Shocker. Installed this days ago and have not been able to launch it once! Each attempt is met with an error message telling me it's "unable to synch" and the usual accusation that my connection must be to blame (despite everything else connecting).

I have an annual pass and there's no option for me to display it on this phone app to enter the park, so I'm still forced to carry around a actual physical pass also it does not sync payment methods with their website which by the way is horrible now

What's the point, it doesn't work. How could this have anything over a one star, can I give it zero?

This app is GREAT! If all you want is a pretty Universal logo. Crashes after that. And no minions.

Wait times are more accurate, but I don't like having Volcano Bay times on there and no way to take them off without taking off the Universal water rides as well.Never connects through the Xfinity WiFi at the park.

Since the update 3 days ago I cannot purchase a park ticket. Every time I press add to cart nothing happens.

Can't log in with my account becouse the app abnormally end with a crash

It has incorrect information about the rides. King Kong does not have a single rider line.

App crashes, slower then death, and cannot purchase tickets...absolutely USELESS

I've been trying to launch this app for two weeks, quits every time. Tried creating a new account, same issue.

I'm running the Android O Beta on Google Pixel XL, and whenever I try to view details on restaurants or rides, sign in, etc. the app just crashes and brings me back to my home screen

Dawnload app?? Tapu tapu VOLCANO ? Its just wanted to have more personal information to sale "ADDS" HATE ADS". Weareable used on wet and wild and not need to dawnload anything.

Doesn't work just keeps saying check internet connection. Reinstalled and still not working.

The app will not even load on my Sony Xperia Z5, constantly says it's unable to sync. Really unhelpful when wanting to navigate the park!

Went to universal in Orlando found this app to be Disney's poor cousin...barely used it due no ride info and wait times rarely worked...guys check out the disney and fix this app...btw get magic band tech in your parks in this day and age i cant believe you still use paper tickets...had to buy a cover to protect it for my 4 day visit lol
