Universal Statute Corporation

We, the people of universal, having solemnly resolved to constitute universal into a sovereign socialist secular democratic republic and to secure to all its citizens solemnly proclaim their attachment to the rights of person and the principles of universal sovereignty as drafted in the universal declaration of animal rights 2004, confirmed and complemented by the preamble to the rights and duties.

By virtue of these principles and that of the self-determination of peoples, the republic offers to the universal territories which have expressed the will to adhere to them new institutions founded on the common ideal of liberty, equality and fraternity and conceived for the purpose of their democratic development. We the people of the universal, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the universe.

Justice, social, economic, territory, security and political, Liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith, equality and worship, Equality of status and of opportunity and to promote among them all Fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the universe. In our constituent assembly this, do hereby adopt, enact and give to ourselves this universal constitution.
